“Ok so being Google keeps asking me to review here I thought and nice Sunday morning coffee and bagel would be good. There is a big parking lot being it’s part of a shopping center. Walking in no confusion as to where to go to order. Everyone seemed very nice and helpful. I think it took me longer to make my coffee then it took to make and bag my bagel. Let me stop boring you with the BS stuff let’s talk bagel and coffee. I have been to a few bagel shops and I have to say Manhattan Bagel has the softest bagels. I did just get a buttered salt but wow the outside was mildly crunchy but like I said nice and soft in the middle. As far as coffee I tried their fall blend pumpkin spice and it tasted very deluded, not to much taste. They didn’t have French vanilla so I went with the pumpkin. Would I go back 100% the bagel was fantastic“

“We visited the place last Saturday. The cheese bread is fresh but not really the bagels we got. We waited so long ; we found out that my daughter’s order was given to someone else but they did not care to replace it at once. When we asked about our order, that’s the time they rushed to prepare it , in less than five minutes, the sandwich was handed to us. When we were in the car since we’re already late for our next appointment, my daughter found out that the replacement was wrong. She paid for plain bagel with double eggs, bacon, and cheese but she was given with plain bagel with cheese only. They asked for our phone number but did not initiate the call. I hope they will do better in their team work.“

We bring them back to Florida as they are the best. I just left the bagel store the staff and owner were wonderful. There bagels are delicious. What really stood out during my visit was the service. Wael, the gentleman working the front counter, was exceptionally polite, attentive, and patient. His attention to detail and willingness to listen closely to my order, especially as someone who likes to customize their breakfast sandwiches, this was refreshing. In many bagel spots, staff can seem rushed or distracted, but Wael made the experience easy.

Breakfast was included, and the staff asked what room we were staying in and welcomed us to a nice selection. As said on their site, if you used their parking service, it'll cost you 60. I ordered a plain bagel with butter and coffee. Coffee is self serve.
When you bite into it, it’s chewy and doughy . Don’t expect a NY style bagel.
It’s not crunchy on the outside. When you bite into it, it compresses down into nothing.
The butter is a cross between unsalted and salted.
I chose to make myself a French vanillas coffee. Nothing special about.
It did the job for moment.
Would I go outta of my way to buy from here ? No. Maybe a different bagel choice or sandwich. Idk. If I’m in the area , maybe. This is just my opinion. Try it for yourself. There are tables and chairs inside to sit down. A TV“

They have potential they just need to try harder. Bagels are not as soft when you bite into them they are a little chewy. But maybe it's just my preference so I will give them the benefit of the doubt. Also they don't have a big variety of Bagels.“

“Very small bagel store, no frill interior. I believe they have a couple small tables at most and a wall hung flat panel. Tables may have been removed during peak COVID. Parking is pretty decent, I can typically get a parking spot without issue. Some bagel varieties do run out quite early in the morning. Typically everything bagel, salt, egg, wheat, blueberry are available later in the day. I do feel these bagels are some of the best in the immediate area, not bready, with enough chewy and crispy parts and moist. They have basic variety of bagel flavor selection but not a huge variety. Bagels have always been spot on consistent. Friendly staff and typically quick service.“
