The pistachio latte is delicious- it’s smooth but still flavorful and has crushed pistachios mixed in. And for a good-sized latte with plant milk, the price was affordable. I loved chatting with the barista, too. The place has a laid-back and quiet but still creative vibe, plenty of outlets and plants! It would be great to linger and write or craft there on a cooler day.“

“The Grind is my favorite local coffee shop! I never miss an opportunity to tell my friends about it! The girls are always super sweet and my coffee or matcha are always 10/10! For a coffee shop in Tottenville I also feel like the prices are reasonable! Only downside is that the parking can sometimes be difficult if it's a school day.“

“We went here for coffee ☕️on a Sunday morning. The shop is nicely decorated, it has a rustic tone 🐮 to it. There's a high counter at the window, a long booth type seat against one wall with some tables, some cozy chairs scattered around, and a couple of free-standing tables. There was plenty of seating available when we arrived.
Like I said we ordered coffee. The food 🥐🍪🍰 displayed looked delicious but we didn't have anything, I was pleasantly surprised to see some gluten-free options 😋 It was also very nice that after we ordered and sat down when our coffee was ready they brought it to our table.
The coffee was decent. I give it one mug out of two.
The one thing I should point out if you're not from the area, parking is not always easy. There is street parking and public parking lots but they do fill up fast and most days you have to pay for parking. Be prepared to walk, pleasantly surprised if you get close parking and allow yourself time to walk there.“

“Not being from the area (South Jersey), I've wanted to try LeGrand Coffee House for quite a while now. So on a trip up to NY a couple days ago, we finally got the chance to stop in on our way up the Parkway. This place is amazing! This beautifully-decorated coffee house had some of THE best coffee I've ever had in my entire life. I got TWO lattes while I was there (a French Vanilla and a Honey Almond). My family and I also got the chicken pesto sandwich, and it was absolutely delicious. My daughter had an iced chai tea latte and loved it. DEFINITELY get to this place if at all possible! Two thumbs up!!“

We were lucky enough to get parking right outside, and walked in to be pleasantly surprised by the esthetic vibe. Everything was super clean, and we were greeted right away by the super friendly employee. My daughter ordered a cappuccino and I got iced coffee. My only complaint here: the surroundings the environment is run down and looks dirty ...hardly appealing to new residents or potential customers coming thru the neighborhood would be easily turned off by the way the atmosphere is kept and the lack of nicely kept landscaping - esthetically investing in A major overhaul and some system of cleanliness of the drive thru area would be extremely helpful and ideal. If you go elsewhere you find this to be less an issue. “It was my first time there, and the lady who identified herself as the owner (Kelly) was very pleasant and helpful. She took her time explaining the drinks and their ingredients to me. I left there with 3 orders??‍♀️. The drinks were so good. Directions from Google were confusing. If you know the area, Highland Bubble Tea is on the opposite end of the bridge where Jersey Boys Pizza is located.
It can be tricky if you don't know the area. It's almost across from the new Performing Arts Center in Avenel! So, if you're looking at the PAC from Avenel St., in Avenel, Highland Bubble Tea is on your left side, across the street b4 going down the bridge. Lots of drinks and tasty snacks to enjoy. I didn't give it 5 stars because of the parking and the difficulty in finding it. Enjoy!!!“

“Nice little spot where there's not much else around so its super convenient. Finally stopped by for an iced cold brew and it was really good. Great friendly service, would definitely stop by again. It's a trailer in the parking lot of the Willow Grove church, you can't miss it.

“Pana House Restaurant is a fantastic spot for Venezuelan food! I had the pabellón, which was delicious with tender shredded beef, black beans, rice, and fried plantains. The Venezuelan sample platter was also great, featuring tasty arepas, empanadas, and tequeños. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the staff is friendly. Definitely recommend checking it out!“

“What a pretty coffee shop with plenty of comfortable seating and simple, easy to read options for coffee and gelato. Came here close to around noon on a Sunday when the place was empty. The barista seemed friendly and just the right demeanor for a coffee shop.

Capuccino is just right in taste but lacked in design. This is not a deal breaker but just one of those cutesy things that I enjoy in a capuccino that sets one apart from the other coffee shops. Little snacks like cookies and muffins are also available to go with your coffee.

“We were looking for Brasilian salgadinhos to snack on during the Copa 2024 Brasil game. We found a large assortment at Cafe Cirino.
It’s a small place, with tables. A surprisingly large menu, with lots of choices. Gabriela took our order, which was made on the spot and well packaged for the trip home.
