“My family and I have had the great pleasure of having dinner at 618 in Freehold NJ on several occasions. It has quickly become our favorite restaurant! Everything on their menu is wonderful and we’ve tried so many appetizers, main courses and cocktails at this point. It’s rare to find a cool, comfortable restaurant with so many great cocktails and incredible choices across all menu selections. And, if that is not enough, their staff is truly a dream team. The owners, manager, hostesses and servers ALL go way out of their way to make everyone feel like guests having a special dining experience in their happy home. Dining at 618 is a truly delightful experience—it’s quite simply food and service heaven! The owners and staff ALL really care and it shows. Their kindness and care to our 96 year old dad and us every time we dine there is so beautiful. It lights him and us up so much. To the owners, manager, hostesses and servers, thank you from the bottom of our hearts! Dear Ava, Danielle, Chuck, Matt , Chris, Jacob, Leigh, and Christine, and all the staff of 618, each and every one of you are treasures. Thank you for making our dining experiences so special and uplifting.“

“The staff was stellar! The filet mignon and mashed potatoes were amazing. I enjoyed the asparagus; my boyfriend substituted the Brussels sprouts, and they were also delicious. The bread was warm and crusty, which we loved.
It was our anniversary, and they greeted us with well wishes when they checked in with our reservation. There was a Happy Anniversary card on the table, and as we left, the waitress wished us well again.
We asked for water with no ice, and later when another server refilled our glasses, he confirmed that we wanted no ice — a small detail, but much appreciated.
The atmosphere is rustic and romantically lit. The only small concern was that we were a bit chilly. We were seated by a window, and I believe a vent from the very high ceiling was blowing on us. If you go, you may want to bring a light sweater or scarf.
Overall, it was a wonderful choice for a special occasion.“

“hello staff.. I must say its not my first time there... I feel you have to check a place out a few times to learn of it. ive always had a wonderful time and enjoy the cuisine witch has always been top Koch (I always order the fish) from your Door msn , your waitress ... had amanda few times, to you'r photographer & the restroom just as it should be Im a military man and I appreciate cleanliness,, Order & respect within a great administrative & good food. I"ll be back with more friends.“

“Me and my family where there on labor day weekend a young man name Pat, I think he was the manager he was very welcoming and friendly the service was great and food was also very good. I wanted to say Pat customer service was perfect and thank you for the being helpful and friendly with my family and me.“

“The Colts Neck Stillhouse is the home of Muckleyes Spirits and they make some great spirits and have an amazing cocktail program as well.
This was my second visit and on my first visit a while back I had an amazing port cask aged rye which sadly the taster bottle behind the bar I tried was the only one left. This time they had no Rye Whiskey at all, and since I'm a Rye guy I had to knock them down a star for not having a favorite.
However everything else about the place is great, I had the Whiskey Tango Foxtrot which was expertly made and perfectly delicious. While my dad enjoyed Mischief Maker and my mom enjoyed the Tea Time served with a happy little rubber duck.
If you are in the area and enjoy a well crafted spirit or cocktail this place is a must visit.“
