Great drive thru. Very friendly service here, quick drive thru experience, convenient location. It's Starbucks so if you want good strong coffee or wacky new fruit drinks this is the spot. Cheers!

I like this because it's a drive-thru Starbucks I got myself a grande toffee nut coffee frappuccino with two extra pumps of toffee nut the cup lined with mocha whipped cream and mocha drizzle. This is one of my favorites I always get this every time I go to Starbucks if you have never tried it you got to try it if you like toffee nut it's absolutely ? delicious

I was standing in line for 15 mins. There was cars parked in the parking lot. Google said there was open lights would on. So I called them it’s was 7am. To be told there not open til 730. Luckily the one by the train station was. Will not be returning

My matcha latte with pistachio cold foam was made PERFECTLY ? absolutely delicious, I can taste the love and it is what I hope for every time I order.I am Tempted to give four stars because it took me 30 minutes to get my drink from ordering it to waiting in line and picking it up… (the line was looping around the entire building twice)BUT the way this tastes made me rank 5 ⭐️ worth the wait today. Thank you!

I was visiting my grandmother to celebrate her birthday and I took her to her favorite local Starbucks. My grandmother knows these workers personally and has always appreciated their patience and hard work, but today there was only ONE worker there with another new person who I assumed was a new manager named "Gloria." Unfortunately, this manager berated the lone worker, who was tirelessly juggling food preparation, drink making, and order taking on their OWN while the manager sat back and did absolutely nothing. The mistreatment left both my grandmother and me appalled, as we felt the manager's behavior towards the worker was unacceptable, tarnishing what was supposed to be a pleasant day for us. Even an animal would've been treated better than the way this manager was treating her worker.

This is drive-thru only. I stopped here because the other Cranford location was teeming with tweens. While the line was long and didn't move that quickly, the barista who took my order was polite, upbeat and pleasant. My drink, part of the holiday collection, was perfect. This location is conveniently located off the parkway. Due to a tiny parking lot and awkward line formation, I wouldn't make this my regular place but it does in a pinch. I've also noticed they don't tap out of holiday favorites and have well trained baristas at this location.

This is a drive thru Starbucks!! Sometimes its hectic but they have system going with the cars and it works out try not to go at peak times. Employees are always great.

I love this location. I never have an issue with my drinks. Drive thru so it's convenient. It can get very busy though depending on what time of the day you're going but worth the wait because the customer service is amazing!

Derek Chase is the Manager of this poorly run Starbucks. The employees are rude and obnoxious. We waited more than 15 minutes for two drinks with only two customers in front of us and then, when I tried to pay for our drinks, the clerk at the window refused to serve us because I didn't want to touch their filthy machine to add a tip. I will not be returning to this location. Derek was extremely unprofessional. I hope someone from Starbucks Corporate reads this and takes action.
