I’ve been meaning to write this review for a long time because the team at the Cranford Starbucks truly deserves the recognition. This is a drive-through-only location with a very small space, yet they somehow manage to keep the line moving quickly while still making every customer feel welcomed. I want to shout out the late night crew I'm a little late on my review but better late then never, The girls on Saturday 3/28 at 7:22pm made my drink with love it was my first time trying this new drink Iced Dubai Chocolate Matcha and omg it was so good and they also made it look pretty Thank you 🥰
So there was nothing wrong with the coffee- but the process with a mobile order is dumb. They shouldn’t accept mobile orders at this Starbucks since there’s no way to NOT wait in a 20 min Starbucks line to pick it up. Will not be back for this reason.
