Starbucks in Cranford

“Starbucks coffee is basically the same at all Starbucks, but it is THE PEOPLE that make it special. This Starbucks has this kind of people. They are patient, kind, and helpful. Sometimes I have a very particular order, and they are always willing to make it right and to do it again if I am not happy. They greet everyone who walks in with a friendly hello, and they NEVER blame the customer (me). They are more helpful than they need to be, and even though internally they may be losing their cool, externally one would never know it. I highly recommend this Starbucks because of the people that work there.“

“I’ve been meaning to write this review for a long time because the team at the Cranford Starbucks truly deserves the recognition. This is a drive-through-only location with a very small space, yet they somehow manage to keep the line moving quickly while still making every customer feel welcomed. Every single employee is consistently friendly, upbeat, and smiling no matter how busy they are. I honestly have never had a bad experience here. Their customer service is exceptional, and you can tell how hard they work. They absolutely deserve raises for the way they treat people and the positive atmosphere they create every day.“
