Sophia was such an amazing person with the biggest, warmest smile. She took my order and genuinely asked about my day and how it was going, which instantly made me feel seen and cared for. I’ve honestly never felt so touched by a customer service experience before.
Her presence is beautiful—her smile and eyes made me feel so comfortable, and beyond that, when there was a small issue, she handled it immediately with no hesitation at all. Watching her problem-solve so smoothly was really impressive.
It was truly inspiring to see her coworkers admire her work and the way she leads and carries herself. The way she runs things is empowering, friendly, and welcoming.
