He made suggestions that was super easy and made me feel at ease that all would go smoothly and it sure did. From the entrance décor to the table settings and lighting, everything was done with such care and attention to detail. The staff went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly—they were professional, friendly, and always available when needed. On the day of the event she arrived a little late for set up, but the guests didn't notice. Her and her son were kind and served our guests buffet style. We would definitely use her catering services again. We ordered rasta pasta, wings (jerk and lemon pepper), Mac and cheese egg rolls, plantain cups (vegan), and garden salad. Carolyn and her son packed up the food and then laid out the dessert cups: peach cobbler and banana pudding. My husband is still talking about the peach cobbler. Everything was delicious!“

I dine out quite a bit, this was mediocre at best. Wont be going back. Would consider it if they had a liquor license just for the tower.“
