“Our waitress took our order, we ordered 2 22 Oz Bud Lights and burgers. They had to change out the kegs so we actually got our food before the beers. Our waitress apologized for the wait so many times. She was so sweet. Not her fault. She was very pleasant and accommodating. Our burgers were great as always. Shit happens. I hope she is shown this. She was awesome.“

“My best friend brought me to this hidden gem last summer for my birthday and surprised me with a return visit this year — and I swear, it just keeps getting better. Also, our hostess+server (I didn’t catch her name but we came at 10am on Tuesday morning) was a literal angel on earth. She was genuinely welcoming and friendly in such a warm way and we all agreed that she’s the best. If I’m ever back in Philly I will definitely be back here.“

“I live in South Philly and didn't even know this place existed. A friend told me about it and said it was good so I ordered from GrubHub and mannnn it did NOT disappoint! So much goodness in flavor and portion size. I tried the beef todero and tequeños and both were 10/10. I can't wait to try their arepas! My grandfather immigrated to Venezuela before coming to the US and used to make us some and haven't had any since. Looking forward to trying more.“

“What a charming little restaurant! I sat at the bar on a work trip for an early dinner, which they actually have a menu for! Prices are reasonable for the city, and 4-6 is happy hour so I came at the right time for great prices and drinks and appetizers. Would definitely recommend! Plus this is walking distance to many nice hotels downtown. Only 5 min walk from the Kimpton Palomar! Would recommend calling ahead to ensure availability.“

“Cozy, welcome little neighborhood eatery in South Philly. Our party of 5 had both lunch and breakfasts. All were big hits! Pictures below was one of the specials-short rib grilled cheese. “This place is great! The staff are genuinely really nice and the food and coffee is awesome. This is my new favorite coffee place in the city after trying quite a few! The prices are good, sizes are generous, and they have a lot of fun specialty drinks that I’m excited to go back and try. I got the iced honey lavender latte and it was delicious ( they also offer dairy alternative milks so that’s a plus).“

I recently discovered Good Karma Cafe and I'm hooked! This charming spot exceeded my expectations with its warm atmosphere, top-notch service, and delicious food.
The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, happily answering our questions about the menu. We indulged in their mouthwatering chicken sandwiches on sourdough bread, paired with refreshing lemonade and iced tea. The cozy back dining room, adorned with vibrant art and lush greenery, made for a pleasant dining experience.
Their breakfast and brunch menu boasts an array of tempting options, making me eager to return. Standouts include the Colonel Mustard sandwich and almond croissant.
Good Karma Cafe excels in:

“Our waitress was the sweetest and they have some really unique menu items. I’d say their sweet choices are better than the savory but we enjoyed everything we had. Cornbread French toast was particularly sublime! The French press Kona coffee was a great start to the day. My one small complaint was the cleanliness of the dishes. My coffee mug had a visible red lipstick stain, my water glass had food particles on it and one of my plates was dirty. Just a small critique there. The space is nice open and not stuffy. And I noticed a good amount of foot traffic overall!“

“I recently had the pleasure of dining at Coriander in Voorhees for the first time, and it was an amazing experience. The Paneer Lababdar was flavorful and rich, perfectly complemented by the Goat Cheese Naan, which was absolutely delicious. The warm, inviting atmosphere was enhanced by Harman, the owner, who was not only delightful but also incredibly welcoming. As someone who works nearby at Voorhees Pediatric Dentistry, I’m thrilled to have found such a fantastic spot. I will definitely be returning often, both with my staff and my family, to enjoy more of the incredible food and hospitality at Coriander. Highly recommended!“

“The service is good but the busers are aggressive when one person is still eating you might want to tell your Hispanic buser not to come and interrupt the meal to clear plates away when the dining room is nearly empty that's why we don't come on Christmas Eve they damn near throw us out“
