Delicious and fresh Brazilian dessert
I've been a few times and it's always been good, but I went today and got this ham and cheese roll with some pickled vegetable on top. It didn't seem like something they have regularly because the description card was written not typed. One of the best pastries I've ever eaten. I don't often leave reviews, but this needed to be said. Mind blowing little pastry. Bravo.
Delicious food (all kinds of people can appreciate) staff very efficiently, friendly and pacient.

Kouklet & Tanda Brazilian Bakehouse is a small Latin bakery in Philly. It is a small place with maybe 2-3 person seating, but in the morning shortly after opening it was quiet and peaceful. The atmosphere is nice and calming with bossa nova in the background and a light yellow colorful set up representing Brazil. The staff is friendly.
The baked goods are fresh, flavorful, and mind blowing. The guava sonho is tasty, sweet, and super soft. The sonho de goiba is like Romeo & Juliet love, with a rich balance of tropical sweetness and tartness. The rosca de presunto e queijo o bauru de presunto e queijo has nice ham action with caramelized onions and cheese on crusty buttery sourdough bread. The pan de queijo is slightly crispy on the outside, soft and chewy on the inside. The guava sourdough donuts have vibrant flavor and soft texture. The cookies are amazing and unlike any other. The coconut water cold brew is amazing. The lemongrass tonic espresso was a little different, with quinine refreshing and crisp.
The only downside is the price. A single purchase costs anywhere from $7-$12. Even so, this place will not disappoint.
