$$$, what happened to Mc Donald's? Same food that is priced like a gourmet restaurant. Go anywhere else for better value.

Ordered iced caramel macchiato and iced caramel latter. Both came without caramel and tasted exactly the same. When I first called to make it right, they picked up and said told me to resolve it through the app. Ever since, they are ignored my calls by either not answering or having up right after hearing hello.

The restaurant's operating hours may not align with typical lunch schedules for some customers. Some customers report that their food was not hot, but room temp, and their eggs were cold in the middle, making them feel like they are wasting their money. One location provided exceptional service, even when handling an incorrect order, and the staff was accommodating. Tables need to be wiped down often and the table number tents need to be removed as soon as the food is delivered to the table.
