I want to thank the following individuals who made EVERYTHING possible for our events (Even our church's 180th Anniversary) Kudos to Angelo, John Tsanakos & Steve, all the staff and the maître d's for both occasions, I cannot thank you enough for all the accommodations you made that made each event spectacular. “Andrew and his team recently catered our daughter’s baptism and it was incredible. To start, the menu selection is impressive for all tastes. The most difficult part of the experience was having to choose what to get off of such a creative menu because everything sounded delicious. When Andrew arrived, he and his team set up at our house quickly. The Tuscan Display was ready when guests walked in and they were completely in awe, as was I. The presentation was so beautiful and once we dug in, it was safe to say as good as it looked. The hors d’oeuvres were passed around and they were being devoured! At the end of the party, the team cleaned up (you wouldn’t even had known they were using the kitchen all day) and wrapped up and labeled all of the leftovers. When they left, I had family members arguing about who was taking which left overs home. It was THAT good! Not one thing we ate was mediocre; it was all out of this world. Wish I took pictures, but I was too busy stuffing my face!“

The glass-ceiling atrium created a naturally lit, romantic environment that made for the most beautiful ceremony. The lighting throughout Crystal Plaza — both in the ceremony space and the ballroom — is also top notch. Having a dedicated lighting engineer added a whole new dimension, transforming the ambience and elevating the entire experience.

“My wife and I celebrated our 25th anniversary there. OMG!!! Let me start with the staff. AMAZING!!! my wife had an attendant, her name was shaden. She was beyond incredible. She was always attentive to my wife. She made sure what ever she needed was provided. The maitre' D Vas was also AMAZING!!! his attention to making sure everything flowed with the program was impeccable. As for me my attendant about was incredible. He made sure my tuxedo was on point. Took care of my groomsmen, and made sure that what ever I needed was tended to. Now I save the best for last. The event manager Raul Ruiz. From the first day we met him, he welcomed us with open arms. Took the time to explain all the packages according to your budget. He even surprised us with the decoration for our reception. That blew us away. He was very attentive made sure the program ran perfectly and took the time to enjoy the festivities with us. “We held a high school graduation party for my daughters in our back yard for 75 guests. American BBQ staff Dominick and Sophie showed up as scheduled and did their setup in the space we had reserved for them. Dominick proceeded to fire up the charcoal and then knocked it out of the park shortly thereafter. We went with the American BBQ menu and our guests ate to their heart’s content. Under the tent they provided, Sophie provided impeccable service to our guests as they came up for food ensuring all the essentials were readily available. She also cracked the whip on Dominick to keep the food coming at a steady pace. When time was up, they cleaned up, packed up and disappeared like they were never there. Every single one of our guests gave us positive feedback on the catering and now I’m passing that along to all who may be considering hiring this company“

“We feel so lucky to have had Judy cater our wedding (Masker’s Barn, 90 guests). I had never had anything catered in my life and Judy was so patient addressing all of my questions. All the food looked and tasted delicious. Among the guests' favorite dishes: Mini potato pancakes, honey glazed salmon filets (my favorite), stuffed shells with marinara sauce, oven-roasted baby potatoes. “What did it take for our small wedding reception to be completely worry-free? Drew and The Fruited Plain Caterers! Having an outdoor wedding reception on October 19 on our back deck could have been "hit or miss" because of the uncertainty of the weather. But Drew connected us with the right rental company and the heated tent was AMAZING! With 25% of our guests being vegetarians we needed a caterer who could deliver deliciousness to all our guests. Drew totally hit it! We opted for a family style luncheon and got raving reviews on the quality of the food. From the first contact email 12 months ago, to the last dish put away on wedding day, we felt we were in great hands with a consummate professional. Drew was flexible enough to accommodate some of our special requests, and because we were dealing with the company owner, decision-making was straight forward. His servers were professional, efficient and friendly. My kitchen was probably cleaner after they left than it was before they arrived! And if all that wasn't enough, honesty and integrity were also a key aspect of our working with Drew. He caught a staffing level mistake on our final invoice and personally delivered a refund check for the amount we had overpaid. Now THAT's someone I will be working with again, and recommending without hesitation to all my friends!“

I can’t say enough about the sublime food, the professional staff (shoutout to Ali for all the help in planning and to Josh for his amazing managerial skills at the party)!
