From the moment we reached out to them, their professionalism and attention to detail were evident, ensuring that our event would be nothing short of perfect. The menu they curated for us was outstanding. Every dish was not only beautifully presented but also incredibly tasty. Our guests couldn't stop raving about the variety and quality of the food. The grilled veggie platters were fresh and flavorful, the sandwiches were generously stuffed and impressively large, and the fruit platters were an absolute delight. “Andrew and his team recently catered our daughter’s baptism and it was incredible. To start, the menu selection is impressive for all tastes. The most difficult part of the experience was having to choose what to get off of such a creative menu because everything sounded delicious. When Andrew arrived, he and his team set up at our house quickly. The Tuscan Display was ready when guests walked in and they were completely in awe, as was I. The presentation was so beautiful and once we dug in, it was safe to say as good as it looked. The hors d’oeuvres were passed around and they were being devoured! At the end of the party, the team cleaned up (you wouldn’t even had known they were using the kitchen all day) and wrapped up and labeled all of the leftovers. When they left, I had family members arguing about who was taking which left overs home. It was THAT good! Not one thing we ate was mediocre; it was all out of this world. Wish I took pictures, but I was too busy stuffing my face!“

“I honestly don’t think there are words to describe how amazing this entire experience was. From the initial tour, to the planning process, and all the way through the end of our wedding, every single person we interacted with could not have been more kind or helpful. I’m sure I drove them crazy with emails and changes, but they were beyond accommodating and truly did everything they could to make sure we were happy and that our wedding was perfect.

The office staff were so kind and helpful with my many, many emails. We worked with Max for the event planning process, and he made sure every question we had was answered and that our vision was brought to life. On the day of the wedding, everything truly was perfect. All of the venue staff from the bridal and groom attendants, maitre d’, etc. were some of the nicest and most helpful people I’ve ever met. The day ran so smoothly, and everyone did whatever they could to make sure my husband and I were happy and had everything we needed.

My guests still tell me how amazing the food was (especially the Traveling Treats desserts!). I highly recommend Crystal Plaza for any event! I truly don’t think I’ve been to a better wedding than my own, and that’s all thanks to them.“

“Excellent experience! We have used American BBQ Company for larger events and smaller events and the quality is excellent every time. They catered our backyard wedding a few years ago, including setup, cleanup, and a waitstaff member. They even coordinated with the secondary vegan catering company to ensure we had space for the vegan/vegetarian specialty dishes. Since then, we order a handful of half trays of meat and sides for holidays and parties regularly. Prices are fair and the customers service is always fantastic. We will be back for the next holiday party!“

From start to finish, working with him and his team was a total breeze. He is polite, courteous, and straightforward and provides clear directive and recommendations. We booked DR Catering for passed hors d’oeuvres (including desserts!) and mocktails for our event, and I was thrilled to learn that he also handled furniture rental. The team was so professional and friendly. Our event went so smoothly thanks to the talents of Alejandro, Ricky, Lily, and Eloy who were staffed for the evening. “We just had a Summer Soirée which was catered by Ome caterers! The entire experience was wonderful! I can’t say enough about the sublime food, the professional staff (shoutout to Ali for all the help in planning and to Josh for his amazing managerial skills at the party)! The rest of the staff was equally professional and wonderful! Josh made sure to check in with me throughout the event and they were set up and ready to go on time! The food displays and fresh flowers elevated the atmosphere and was a perfect foil to my white party theme! The fresh raw bar, cheese display and the slider selections were phenomenal! The desserts were exceptional! They even provided a delicious gluten free dessert for those guests with gluten sensitivity. Everyone had a wonderful time! I would give them 10/10 for the entire catering experience! Josh made sure to leave some food for us as I never eat at my own event so we enjoyed the food the next day! “What did it take for our small wedding reception to be completely worry-free? Drew and The Fruited Plain Caterers! Having an outdoor wedding reception on October 19 on our back deck could have been "hit or miss" because of the uncertainty of the weather. But Drew connected us with the right rental company and the heated tent was AMAZING! With 25% of our guests being vegetarians we needed a caterer who could deliver deliciousness to all our guests. Drew totally hit it! We opted for a family style luncheon and got raving reviews on the quality of the food. From the first contact email 12 months ago, to the last dish put away on wedding day, we felt we were in great hands with a consummate professional. Drew was flexible enough to accommodate some of our special requests, and because we were dealing with the company owner, decision-making was straight forward. His servers were professional, efficient and friendly. My kitchen was probably cleaner after they left than it was before they arrived! And if all that wasn't enough, honesty and integrity were also a key aspect of our working with Drew. He caught a staffing level mistake on our final invoice and personally delivered a refund check for the amount we had overpaid. Now THAT's someone I will be working with again, and recommending without hesitation to all my friends!“

Our concierge team was outstanding. Attentive without hovering. Present without pressure. Geraldine kept the groomsmen organized, fed, and relaxed while staying by my side all day. Eric in the bridal suite was phenomenal. Supportive. Efficient. Reassuring. Any bride lucky enough to have him is in expert hands. Every attendant operated at this same elite level.

Vinny and his family should be incredibly proud. Their staff embody excellence, pride, and professionalism. They are true ambassadors of the venue.
