“Found this place recently and had to give them a shot. It’s in the hood so I figured it would be good as it had higher reviews than most around that area. I got the stew chicken with black rice and the lalo with white rice. Everything was delicious except for the black rice, it tasted and smelled burnt but I live too far to bring it back.“

“Their portion size is great. The food is good, and they have great customer service. The time that they tell you your food will be ready is true. Your food will actually ready when you arrive to pick it up. Best customer service I’ve gotten from a Haitian restaurant. Definitely recommend.“

“This place has been my to go spot when picking up patties for party’s, gatherings, etc. Their patties aren’t big and square like the typical Haitian patties; it’s more rectangular and portion controlled. My only thing is - is the pickup for phone orders. You can call and place an order but expect to wait a bit when you arrive. In my opinion it’s pointless to even call for the order but the patties are tasty so it’s worth it for me.“

“Ordered a 3 tier cake at La Baguette in Elizabeth to be picked up here, for me to arrange it myself with my own decorations since the party was in Connecticut the following day, and they did a great job working with me. It was very tasty and great texture (even after being in the fridge overnight for the party the next day)“
