“Came to this place not knowing what to expect but saw lots of great reviews and I can absolutely say it lived up to its ratings. Me and the fam got to try the tenders(hugee), ribs, rotisserie chicken, burgers, general tsos and chopped cheese sandwich and OH MY was it DELICIOUS. The people here were also very friendly and accommodating, they also had good music playing in the background. Definitely recommend this spot to anyone in or out of town. I will be coming back for more as it seems they updated their menu with some great new stuff that I can't wait to try. “One of the best taco places In NJ right after you cross the Verrazano Bridge We were on our way back to VA, we were craving some authentic Mexican food and homemade guacamole which I love so much We didn't choose wrong. The tacos were so good the customer service was excellent I couldn't say more about the owner Shea was very nice to my kids She even gives them free candy Next time we go back to NY, we are coming back again and trying the Birria I recommend this place“

“Wow!! So we had a group of 8 and was pouring rain so looking for a takeout place. Found Tacos Polos because it was only 5 minutes away. We ordered tons of food for pickup. The price was great and the quality and amount for the price was unbelievable. We ordered a 30 tacos combo ?they were amazing. Everything was so good. “I’m addicted! The menu is simple, the food is flavorful and well presented. Service is wonderful and great value. Casual setting with beach-y/food truck vibes vs a restaurant-proper. I suspect that this place would have a lot more foot traffic if it were in town near Bloomfield Ave or Watchung, but I’m happy to have it so nearby in Upper Montclair, and I hope they are a long-standing fixture here (have seen a few places coke and go in this spot). The food here stands out miles ahead of a couple of nearby Mexican options, albeit smaller menu.“
“We recently had the pleasure of dining here today. This restaurant brings out the food of its people with great prices. The tacos are made with fresh, high-quality ingredients, and the flavors are truly authentic. We tried the fried pork, beef birria and chicken birria tacos and churros they were excellent. The tortillas are made fresh daily. The staff were friendly and attentive. Overall, we had a wonderful meal. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who loves authentic Mexican food.“

They were a little bland by themselves but we're perfection with some salsa.The pico de gallo is quite spicy which was unexpected but not unwelcome for us.Birria tacos were nice but too cheesy for me (although for cheese lovers it may be perfect).The portion sizes on the burritos are pretty hefty.“

“I’ve been coming here to eat since 2004 and the food is always tasty, if you want to eat a little taste of Mexico’s Authentic Tacos this is the best spot on this side of the island. Don’t expect a red carpet type of welcoming, depending of the hour of the day this place gets so busy, there’s no time for them to give you their fullest attention to describe each thing on the menu. If you want to eat inside the taco spot there’s no waiter or hostess. Order up front, eat then pay.“

The burrito was substantial and satisfying, although I would have preferred a more generous serving of chips or none at all. The Elote was delicious, but it is advisable to allow it to cool slightly before consuming.Upon entering the establishment, we were greeted cordially and directed to a table. Menus were provided, and we were informed that orders should be placed at the cashier, where drinks could also be obtained.The decor of the establishment is noteworthy, featuring a luchador theme. Spanish music was played at an appropriate volume, creating a pleasant ambiance.I intend to return to sample additional dishes from the menu.“

“My wife and I went to Bitol for Saturday Brunch and all I can say is WOW. We were both extremely surprised with the great service and food. We sat at the bar and Hailey was great, one of the best Bloody Marias (Mayan Maria) I have had. My wife loved the Butterfly Pea Tea Mimosas that came with her Mimosa flight. They had great brunch food options and we both really enjoyed our dishes, their guacamole app with the Sikil-P’ak was on point!! We will be back again for brunch, looking forward to their Taco Tuesday night, as well as future dinners at Bitol.“

“The family at Los Hermanos is a quality group. The meet you with a smile and their space is delightful. Nice for a quick bite whether that’s for a breakfast quesadilla or a lunch entree.
