“The family at Los Hermanos is a quality group. The meet you with a smile and their space is delightful. Nice for a quick bite whether that’s for a breakfast quesadilla or a lunch entree. A great addition to the 4th ward of Montclair. Also, side note - they wear gloves while preparing your food and it’s a very clean establishment.“

It’s our first choice for a quick night out with the kids (7 and 3)! the staff and Karim are lovely and always smiling.. the food is excellent and it’s just, overall, a great spot to have in town. But the sauces were awesome, you can also get some on the side for more flavor.Tried Burritos with avocado as a protein.Vegetarian options: YesDietary restrictions: You can customizeParking: Limited streetKid-friendliness: YesWheelchair accessibility: Yes“
“I visited this place on 2/17 sometime after 9pm the manager on shift with the glasses was sooo fun and welcoming. The wait wasnt bad maybe 10 mins. The food was delicious and seeing other orders everyone looked to enjoy. The birthday celebration was personalized and fun everyone was involved. The chicken wings were perfect as well as the guacamole. I will definitely return with my family. Different places to take photos even the bathrooms are fun looking lol.Parking: Difficult but valet offeredKid-friendliness: Kids were present and enjoyed especially foe a birthday.“
“I had the pleasure of visiting today and they did not disappoint! The food came out pretty quickly and tasted delicious. We ordered a buffalo chicken panini and it was cooked to perfection. The buffalo wings were also a hit! Everything was flavorful.“
“We have ordered food here many times for our family. The food is always delicious and the staff is excellent! The owner is very supportive of the community!!! If your organization is looking to fundraise, please reach out to the owner of Bubbakoo's Burritos in Livingston.“

“This local spot has delicious food, friendly service, and is very accommodating to a family. We've never been disappointed and always had a great time. Very reliable go to restaurant on weekdays and weekends, and now they're open for lunch. Just writing this review makes me want to go as soon as they open.Kid-friendliness: Very accommodating of children. Always willing to bring our son's food out first. So friendly!“
“We recently had the pleasure of dining here today. This restaurant brings out the food of its people with great prices. The tacos are made with fresh, high-quality ingredients, and the flavors are truly authentic. We tried the fried pork, beef birria and chicken birria tacos and churros they were excellent. The tortillas are made fresh daily. The staff were friendly and attentive. Overall, we had a wonderful meal. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who loves authentic Mexican food.“
“Wow!! So we had a group of 8 and was pouring rain so looking for a takeout place. Found Tacos Polos because it was only 5 minutes away. We ordered tons of food for pickup. The price was great and the quality and amount for the price was unbelievable. We ordered a 30 tacos combo ?they were amazing. Everything was so good. We are so happy we found an amazing takeout place nearby.“
“Super dope place and our waitresse Adrianna was super cool super pretty with a wonderful soul she made sure we had everything we needed...the best part was the birthday celebration I'm definitely coming back to visitKid-friendliness: The kids menue and drinks are amazing“
“I recently experienced a culinary delight at a local taco joint that left me thoroughly impressed. The five-star service began with a warm welcome, setting the tone for the evening. The staff's attentiveness and genuine enthusiasm enhanced the overall dining experience. Now, let's talk about the star of the show – the tacos. Each bite was a symphony of flavors, a perfect blend of fresh ingredients and expertly seasoned meats. From traditional favorites like carne asada to creative fusion options, every taco showcased the chef's skill and creativity. The presentation was artful, with vibrant colors and meticulous attention to detail. The tortillas were soft, yet sturdy enough to hold the generous fillings without falling apart. It was evident that the kitchen prioritized quality ingredients, resulting in a burst of authentic Mexican flavors.Beyond the exceptional food, the ambiance added another layer to the dining pleasure. The atmosphere was lively yet comfortable, making it an ideal spot for both casual outings and special occasions. In conclusion, this taco haven not only delivered on its promise of top-notch service but also elevated the humble taco to a culinary masterpiece. It's a definite five-star destination for anyone seeking a gastronomic adventure with a side of warm hospitality.“
“We love this place, great food and a fair price. The staff is always friendly and punctual. I have dined in and taken to go. The bonitos and tacos are our go to's and their awesome I have also tried many other items on the menu and all are excellent.“
“We absolutely love coming here! The service is friendly, the food is delicious, the drinks are yummy. A big shout out to Lily! What a beautiful soul and a superior attitude! Thank you for the best food and drinks! Salute!Parking: Lots of spots to park.Kid-friendliness: The kids love the colorful atmosphere“
“The gentleman running the place was very friendly and welcoming. You could tell he puts real heart into the food and man was that delicious. Small storefront doesn’t take away from the deliciousness that was my pupusas. Can’t wait to go back for more.“
“Absolutely delicious! Large portions, great service, and phenomenal prices. We got an order of nachos, tacos and fajitas for $34 and had leftovers.Notes:BYO - They’ll put your extra cervezas in their fridge if you ask!Cash only! They have an ATM on site.“
“Tl:Dr was tasty but had terrible gas afterward, do not recommend for those with delicate systems!Recommend: tongue tacos, burritos, birria tacosI LOVE tongue tacos. They were a little bland by themselves but we're perfection with some salsa. The pico de gallo is quite spicy which was unexpected but not unwelcome for us.Birria tacos were nice but too cheesy for me (although for cheese lovers it may be perfect). The portion sizes on the burritos are pretty hefty.“
“Hands-down the best Mexican take out/quick service I’ve ever had. Think of Qdoba or Chipolte but actually real Mexican food made by Mexican people. The workers here are so nice and I believe a family restaurant. SUPPORT LOCAL WHILE GETTING THE BEST FOOD AVAILABLE!“
“Place is not bad. First time we went was for my wife's birthday. We were excited for Birria tacos. The consome was not bad. My wife enjoyed it. Taco shells are crispy and cheese was just the right amount. Meat was good portion. The place is very small. Its my only complaint. The waitress is good but there's only one in the place so if it's busy it's hard for her to tend to every table but she tries her best. They should add ground beef as part of their meat options. I would recommend this place if you're in a mood for some good tacos.“
“(Translated by Google) That nice surprise. The Mexican Season giving roses to the Mothers.Thank you so much.Such a nice gesture on your part and one of the best places to eat a delicious dish and have a good time.(Original)Que bonita sorpresa.El Sazon Mexicano dando rosas a las Madres.Muchas gracias.Un gesto tan lindo de su parte y uno de los mejores lugares donde comer un rico plato y pasar un buen rato.“
“This was my second visit to the establishment, and the experience was as positive as the first. I ordered a carne asada burrito and an Elote. The burrito was substantial and satisfying, although I would have preferred a more generous serving of chips or none at all. The Elote was delicious, but it is advisable to allow it to cool slightly before consuming.Upon entering the establishment, we were greeted cordially and directed to a table. Menus were provided, and we were informed that orders should be placed at the cashier, where drinks could also be obtained. The decor of the establishment is noteworthy, featuring a luchador theme. Spanish music was played at an appropriate volume, creating a pleasant ambiance.I intend to return to sample additional dishes from the menu.“
“This is the best Mexican food I've had in Jersey!! It's family owned and the family is incredibly friendly. The food is authentic, it tastes like it was served straight out of abuela's kitchen. The homemade sauces and dishes are delicious and unique in taste. They serve birria tacos occasionally which are to die for !!! The place is cozy and bright. They deliver, prices are reasonable and the food tastes great even reheated. I love this spot!!!“
“Overall it was a great dining experience. Everyone enjoyed their meals. Service was good, and pricing was typical. What was missing was the old days when Mexican restaurants typically gave you free chips and salsa for the table. A relatively small expense like that can go a long way towards enhancing the dining experience. It's like an Italian restaurant giving you free bread and butter/oil. Still, it was a good meal and the Sangria was good, though it could have had a little more fruit... Definitely worth a trip to try it out.“
“Place is the best. Best Mexican food around for miles. Drinks are fire. Expensive though. But service is great. People are friendly and accommodating. They do karaoke a lot and a lot of talented people come out to sing. Nice wall murals. Parking is street parking as you’re not supposed to use the parking lots across the street. Awesome place overall.“
“This place has the best avo toast around best home fries. Delicious omelets. But the avo toast. I'm coming here almost every wknd for it!!! Perfect poached egg. And the arugula that goes on the multi grain toast. Devine!!!! A must try!!!!“
“Tried their birria tacos, tacos al pastor and the horchata and everything was perfect. Everything was fresh and delicious. Probably some of the best birria tacos I’ve ever had. The customer service was also very good. Definitely going back!!“
“Be careful what you wish for. One torta here completely eliminated any chance I'd be doing any more climbing yesterday at the gym we were at next door. Delicious lunch though next time I'll opt for something lighter if I hope to continue climbing.“
“Constantly eating here whenever I can. They are so good it's hard for them to keep food til a certain time. Their acapurias are the bomb and so are their regular meals, but if you want any fried goods go before 1230pm or chances are they will be sold out.“
“I love Dario's Tex Mex, the first time I got put on this spot I couldn't stop going back, I put my mom on this spot and she now loves it, the owner is a charm very friendly and the food is soo good please don't sleep on Newark NJ food spots we definitely have some hidden gems here ???“
“My son goes to Woodrow Wilson near this restaurant, and every time that I visit him, or pick him up. We go here. I highly recommend this restaurant, because the food is amazing, and the family that works at this place are very kind, and have great service.“
“Seriously some of the best food I’ve ever had. The chicken burrito is fantastic. The guac is always freshly made. Churros are also great. My girlfriend always gets the spicy shrimp tacos, even though it’s not listed here on the menu. But if you call them they will accommodate. Very nice hidden gem in Lodi.“
“The food was good and the service was very friendly and fast. The person who ordered tamales said they were delicious and my chimichanga with barbacoa was good, but the two choices of sauce were not my favorite. I opted for verde rather than mole, but it's a little sour for my usual taste. After the fact I realized that maybe I should have asked if they had a red sauce and maybe he only suggested his favorites. Still, overall the food was very good.Parking: The lots nearby are not for the restaurant but they were full anyway. There is street space that has a sign stating no parking but everyone parks there anyway.“
“One of the best steaks I have ever had at a restaurant. Get the New York steak. it is a New York strip and by far the best steak around town in my opinion. Wait, it's not just steak. Their menu looks amazing!! When I was there the menu was tablet based and when you click on some item it takes you to a video that shows you how they cook it. Great food, good kids menu, BYO tequila and they make you a great Margarita. Shall I say more? You, your friends, your family have to absolutely give this place a chance.“
“This has to be one of my favorite restaurants now. When looking for it and entering, you may be a little bewildered that it's a tad cramped but not uncomfortable. But oh, is it worth it. The food is great and tastes like family recipes. The staff are very kind and It almost feels like you walked into a family friends house for lunch. Amazing overall.“
“I don't think I can say better things about the flavor profile and selection of salsa available at El Asadero, it is worth it to come here for this alone!! If you are around this area, you are doing yourself a disservice if you don't stop in!“
“Went on a Saturday and they are a club also and we were not expecting that. The food was great and service was very good. Just had a little difficulty talking over the musicParking: Only a few spots available but had we not gotten there when the "club" started i believe we would have been able to park“
“Stopped in for a quick takeout. I had cecina tacos and my son the chicken quesadillas. Pretty straightforward, tacos were on the small side, 3 for $10. It's a small, quiet place, just 8 tables. Service was fast and friendly.Parking: Hit or miss“
“We went last week, based on these reviews, as I have been wanting Mexican food but a little different from the usual. This was it! Quite good, charming hostess/owner. Really loved the "sopes" which was an oblong open-faced tortilla dish with fillings.Parking: Was able to park on street right in front.“
“I have been coming here for about a year, always good service and the food is good too, French fries are excellent and I like the quesadillas or the Caribbean burrito with plantains. Also the Agua Fresca with cucumber is really good. ?Parking: It is sparse.. and metered parking only“
“Recently ate at Dulce Patria with my lady & let me tell you the food was amazing both presentation & taste was on point .. we asked for a different table they had no issue accommodating us not to mention the service was also outstanding our server was more than attentive. I truly have nothing bad to say good food , drinks & scenery 10 out 10 will Recommend! Sn: try the chicken teriyaki empanadas ??“
“My husband and I lived in Harrison in 2019-early 2020 and this was our local taco spot. We were obsessed. We moved due to the pandemic and to this day we haven’t found better tacos than these. We compare every taco we ever have to these, hoping to find some that will compete and they never come close.“
“Friendly and great service. The food truck was very organized when it comes to the ordering. The food was delicious. One of the best birria tacos in the state of NJ. I drove 30 minutes for these tacos. I would recommend coming here for tacos.“
“A fun place to visit with friends or a date night. They decorated the place for Valentine's Day and even folded the napkins into hearts. The first time I came was for the drinks so we just sat at the bar and ordered chips and guac. It was really good so we came back months later to try their actual food. The steak on the stone was cool because you got to cook it exactly to your liking. The plantains were good. I wasn't a huge fan of the green salsa, as it was bland. I would have just stuck to the original. For the dessert we tried the churros, dulce de leches and the brownie and ice cream. The brownie is a very very small portion but it is also rich and decadant. I would probably recommend putting it on a smaller plate presentation wise. I think I liked the churros the best which had two dipping sauces. Drinks were fun and delicious too.“
“This restaurant is the one I always prefer. I go to many restaurants but to this place I go the most. The crew is very affectionate and the cooking they offer is so tasty. I never miss an opportunity to have a decent dinner in this place. I recommend this place with pleasure.“
“Don’t go here. We want to keep it a secret. Small family run long time Mexican restaurant been a staple in North Jersey for 40+ years. We come for the food and for being part of the family. Cash only. Normal selection bar. Be part of the family or don’t come. Food is ridiculously outstanding. It’s “
“I was looking for a restaurant that serves Mexican food ? due to the face the only other one I been too is like 40 minutes away so we decided to find one closer to home before going to work n honestly I was amazed how nice we were treated and the food was delicious I mean I still full and the serves and cook ask if we would like veggies in are food due to the fact we don't eat meat and the price was cheap so thank you for serving us a delicious meal I will be coming back againVegetarian options: They can make anything Vegan-friendly if you don't eat meat.“
“This very modest eatery has a high eatery owner who has maintained an "A" status and is constantly cleaning and rearranging her restaurant. Open 7 days a week closes around 2 p.m. daily. If you want fresh homemade cork tortillas, and a plethora of outstanding Mexican food check out La Morinitas. You'll never go anywhere else.“
“I’m addicted! The menu is simple, the food is flavorful and well presented. Service is wonderful and great value. Casual setting with beach-y/food truck vibes vs a restaurant-proper. I suspect that this place would have a lot more foot traffic if it were in town near Bloomfield Ave or Watchung, but I’m happy to have it so nearby in Upper Montclair, and I hope they are a long-standing fixture here (have seen a few places coke and go in this spot). The food here stands out miles ahead of a couple of nearby Mexican options, albeit smaller menu.“
