Next night, I ordered dinner again and I received a large order of fries on the house as well as a discount card for 5% for dine in orders valid for one more week. Amazing customer service. If I were in NJ longer, I would surely order again! The food is absolutely delicious 😋”

“I remember when this location was actually a cuban sandwich joint, then a pizza place that had nice pizza, then it became Spicy Bytes, my girlfriend and I were always so curious about this place but due to the odd weekday hours we never were able to tell if they were open. It was one day a week or two ago that I was walking around with my girlfriend where she suggested we try this place out since we noticed it was opened! Upon entering a young woman welcomed us warmly and showed us the menu, and took a seat. We ordered a Butter Chicken Curry to share and two orders of garlic naan bread, and got the curry at a medium spice level since my girlfriend can't handle spicy stuff at all, and she ADORED IT!

Upon taking her first bite of the butter chicken my girlfriends eyes lit up and widened, it was also her first time trying Indian food so I could tell she was very much hooked. We enjoyed our meal and were asked by the young lady if we needed anything else through out our meal, which I really appreciated. After eating we were both very satisfied and definitely plan on coming back for more. I am surprised they haven't done much with the interior since the last place since it still very much feels like the previous pizza place, but it honestly didn't bother me as this places food is something you should not miss :)”

“My son has food allergies and as soon as we started inquiring about ingredients, the associate called for their designated allergy handler. Before we even got into his specific allergies, she wiped down the prep area, changed her gloves and showed us their allergy binder. She prepped everything right in front of us and chose ingredients from under the counter as to avoid cross contamination. Bravo, Jiya! When casually talking with the owner, he mentioned having friends with food allergies so he definitely understood the severity of being diligent with prep. “GERMAN DONER KEBAB - AN ENLIGHTENMENT If you're from Berlin, it feels like there's a kebab store on every other corner. So I can recognize and judge a kebab when I see it. Even just leaving Berlin and Brandenburg, the kebab experience changes within Germany. The further you get away from Berlin, the worse the kebabs get. Some time ago in New York, I discovered one or two places trying to make a kebab. Unfortunately, I have not yet been able to find a proper kebab in New York, despite the name kebab. What was being sold was called a kebab, but had very little to do with a kebab and tasted even less like a kebab. All the more enlightenment then... the recommendation of a friend living in Brooklyn. "German Doner Kebab" in Brooklyn. And then the first kebab there since 2018 here in New York. I can't even describe how happy I was. It looked like a kebab, it tasted like a kebab and came pretty close to a kebab from Berlin. Really well made. Incl. tax 12.51 dollars is a bit steep, but still good value for New York. “Went for dinner. We were greeted and seated promptly. Our waitress was very friendly and attentive, devoting just the right amount of time to us. We ordered cesear salad to start, seafood fra diavolo, and the butternut squash ravioli with broccoli rabe and shallots in brown butter. The salad was crisp and dressed nicely, with shaved Parmesan and croutons. But the highlight was the seafood fra diavolo. The seafood was so fresh, plentiful, and the heat was just right. The platter was full of seafood and all of it was delicious. The butternut squash ravioli was stuffed full of puree and simply melted in your mouth. The broccoli rabe was somewhat bitter, but the shallot and brown butter sauce balanced it out. Both entrees were a nice portion size. We ordered pizzepoles for dessert which came with Nutella and raspberry dipping sauce. They came in the traditional brown paper bag for shaking to distribute the powdered sugar and they were hot and fresh. The atmosphere is upbeat with plenty of seating in comfortable chairs or bench seating. Lighting is good and music is not too loud. We were pleasantly surprised by our bill at the end despite having waited a little longer for the check than we liked, but we thoroughly enjoyed our meal and will be back to try some of the delicious pizzas we saw come out of the oven. Highly recommend!”

This time, I went with the rotisserie 1/4 chicken (dark meat) with yellow rice and a Caesar salad. The standout for me was the Caesar dressing—surprisingly exceptional for a food court spot! The yellow rice was flavorful and well-cooked, and overall, these three choices worked well together.

The only downside? My chicken could have been cooked a bit longer—I noticed a little pink in some areas. It wasn’t a total dealbreaker, but definitely something to note.

This one is a franchise inside of the Hilton, but it is a full Starbucks that sells almost everything the corporate locations sell. You can use this location to build up your Rewards points, but you can't spend them there. Free WiFi is provided by the hotel. The concierge will provide the password, even if you're not a hotel guest. This location closes earlier than other locations, but there are others within driving distance. It is not on a walkable street, but I am really glad that this cafe is located within walking distance from me.”

She prepped everything right in front of us and chose ingredients from under the counter as to avoid cross contamination. Bravo, Jiya! When casually talking with the owner, he mentioned having friends with food allergies so he definitely understood the severity of being diligent with prep. We were so impressed by the process, we ate here twice on our trip. And yes - the pizza was quite delicious!”
