“The Market Plate was good, but the service experience wasn’t great. They were out of lentils when I ordered, so I had to wait for them to be prepared. That part is understandable, but the employee taking the order was not very friendly about it. Instead of apologizing for the wait, she just asked if I wanted to wait or leave. It came across as pretty rude. The food itself was good, but a little friendliness would have been nice.“

“I DoorDashed from here this morning, and although they ran out of gluten-free granola, the person who prepared my order left me the sweetest note. It’s those little thoughtful gestures that truly matter. They didn’t have to do anything extra , they could have just told me the granola was unavailable and left it at that. But instead, they went above and beyond, and it really made me smile. Honestly, I didn’t even mind missing the granola because the bowl was still amazing. What inspired me to write this review was the kindness and care of that person who went the extra mile. If you see this, you’re a gem, and the world needs more people like you.“

“Great, not hover-y service. Generous portions of super yummy food. Their menu has a great selection of savory and sweet, along with twists on some originals to keep things fresh like their salmon eggs Benedict, shrimp and grits, and their banana cinnamon swirl pancakes- which are all delicious! I love the whole concept.“

“I stopped in to the East Windsor Playa Bowl today for a smoothie. I’ m familiar with their menu from other stores in a different area. The service was absolutely top notch. The staff was so friendly and so accommodating. They came around the counter to hand me the smoothie personally and then pointed out some of the other products I may want in the future. Thank you for such a pleasant experience. I will certainly go back again!“
