“The whole town of Edgewater was recovering from the terrible storm last night. Many businesses kept closed due to the flooding. One of those was the Starbucks in Edgewater commons. Thank goodness there is a Starbucks in Target right across the parking lot. The people are very nice and professional. Our coffee beverages and ice teas were delicious as well as the pastries. Despite the long line the workers were still maintaining a friendly and clean cafe. Thank you for a nice visit.“
“How refreshing to walk in to a place where everyone is smiling and happy. The service in this establishment is beyond, all the staff should be teaching customer service to other Starbuck establishment.
All I hear is good morning, happy Tuesday to every single customer. You should definitely bottle this group and teach others how to truly run a dept. Great job and great team. Made smile while enjoying my coffee.
