Starbucks in Edgewater

“Both Moe and Shay are absolutely delightful. I am a current Edgewater resident who recently moved from NY. This is now my local Starbucks. I will say that I’ve had numerous encounters with the manager in this location, and she leaves a lot to be desired from a hospitable perspective. I am an RM and I manage numerous teams of people. The way I personally have had the manager respond to me as well as what I have witnessed with her communication style to her employees, leaves a very negative taste in one’s mouth. She has a strong team; I come back because of her team!“

“The whole town of Edgewater was recovering from the terrible storm last night. Many businesses kept closed due to the flooding. One of those was the Starbucks in Edgewater commons. Thank goodness there is a Starbucks in Target right across the parking lot. The people are very nice and professional. Our coffee beverages and ice teas were delicious as well as the pastries. Despite the long line the workers were still maintaining a friendly and clean cafe. Thank you for a nice visit.“
