“It's a nice spacious shake shack. They have kiosks to order from and you can also order at the register. Plenty of outdoor and indoor seating. They share parking with another restaurant. This restaurant is NOT inside Menlo Park Mall like Google maps says but on the outside of the mall's parking lot near the Tesla Chargers.“

“The chicken is more hot and fresh than any other place I have ever been too! Like I mean you take a bite and it is steaming from being so hot, which is so rare and welcome. The wait is long, but you know it is because they are actually making it fresh when you order and the quality really shows!!!

“My experience at IHOP was mixed. My server was kind. My waiter was polite but not very attentive. I had to go through 3 sets of silverware to find a fork that didn't have eggs caked up on it from the dishwasher heat (see pics).

The banana Foster meal was what I loved most and to be expected. Even the free short stack :-).

Overall, I would come again but expectations would be higher. Not gonna lower the bar on you guys. Surely you can do better, above and beyond.“
