“Happy Lamb is always one of my go-to hotpot places when I’m in Edison. The service is usually fast and the staff has always been helpful and pleasant. If you happen to come by one a busy night there can be a long wait time, this is normal for any restaurant and despite the wait time, once you’re seated things move fast and food is brought out in an appropriate amount of time. My only point of criticism would be that if your table orders too many plates of sliced meat at once you may not receive some of the orders. Not a big deal as you can always order more at no additional cost as it’s AYCE.“

“The hot pot is deliperfection. Wait was less than 5 min. It wasn't crowded. I got to pick my own ingredients and I loved everything. Even got to try a few new things. Love this place 10 out of 10 Definitely Recommend!!!

“100% would recommend this place, beautifully decorated interior, wonderful service, delicious & guilt free food. Food is authentic. On certain days they have deals (i.e. Buy 1 get 1 for $1 on select beef options). They also have solo soup options if you dont want to share a family style broth pot. Overall a great experience.“
