“I very much enjoyed my experience here. The drinks are very good. I had a strawberries and cream drink and it taste just like a strawberry milkshake yogurt. I really enjoyed it. The meat was very good and seasoned well. They were different options In regards to waiting there was a big wait the food came very fast. Appetizers were delicious and the service was very good and the waiters were very attentive and helpful and mindful if they see that you have a little bit of issues in regards to cooking so they will for sure be more than happy to help you will come again. This was my second time and the third time I know will be maybe even better.“
“The dishes at Thirty-Seven Lane are very rich and varied, and the vegetables are very fresh. The beef is recommended to be hand-cut beef. It tastes great. The crabs are still alive and delicious. The waiter Xiaokai is great. My friends and I are very happy to have the meal. Thank you San Lane 17“
“First time trying their hotpot. Their soup base was very flavorful and smelled delicious. The food was also really fresh. The marinated meat was my favorite. My waitress kexin recommended me a lot of the dishes, and she was very knowledgeable of the menu. Amazing person! Definitely come back again.“
“I have been on the hunt for a new hotpot place after frequenting my last place in bayside for almost ten years. I was so happy to find JOYPOT super close to my new home in Astoria. Not only is the quality of their meat and veggies 10/10, but their mushroom broth and spicy broth are phenomenal. My boyfriend LOVES the mushroom base and it’s incomparable to anywhere else we’ve even been.My only qualm with AYCE places is that they don’t usually let you take your food home, and that is what I was told when I first called JOYPOT. However, on today’s visit, I asked if they can charge me for whatever we left behind and allow us pack our leftovers, and they gladly let us at a small fee. THANK YOU, Joypot!!! You are my new go-to and I’m so glad I found you ?? the fact that you will allow me to pay an extra fee and take my food home brings me so much joy ☺️“
“Absolutely!"Fantastic experience at Hongdae Korean! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was inviting and authentic. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our meal. The food was simply outstanding - each dish bursting with flavor and prepared with care.Overall, Highly recommend Hongdae Korean for anyone craving delicious Korean cuisine!"“
“The service at this store is top-rated! They offer free snacks and kids' meals, and the quality of the meat freshness is excellent. We ordered a pot of chicken and pork stomach as soup base, and the soup is incredibly delicious with rich materials! We also chose a clear mineral water pot base, which is also very tasty and goes well with lamb rolls! The portions of beef and lamb are generous and satisfying! Highly recommended!Kid-friendliness: Yes“
“Simply the best place I’ve ever been. The price is RIGHT. The quality is great. It’s a creative, collaborative, and tasty food experience and Spring Shabu Shabu takes it to the next level. The green tea soft serve as the finale had my whole birthday party crew slumped in bliss. And the staff were kind, friendly, and patient.“
“A bit crowded, but no wait for a weekend dinner. Never had the hot pot here, but keep coming back for their Hainanese Chicken. Their sauces are made in house and are the reason we keep coming back. Better than 99% of the spots in Flushing. Everything is ordered through an iPad so you never have to wait if you need to ask for more rice or anything. Great spot for a quick bite or date night.“
“This place is such a gem! Price is not bad, and the food is amazing! I don't know what authentic Tibetan food should taste like, but this place is a family-owned business so I would inclined to believe that they serve authentic food. I came here for lunch today at around 1PM. The place was empty but as I began devouring my lunch, more people showed up for a late lunch, and guessing from the language they speak, they are all Tibetans/Himalayans. The menu is not necessarily friendly to non-Tibetans but my server was kind enough to explain menu items. I did also google some of the names of the food to figure out my order. I settled with an appetizer, a dropa khatsa. It's stir fried beef tripe. It's got a hint of curry but not overpowering and it doesn't remind you of Indian food. I The main dish I ordered was the mala dry pot with rice noodle fan (similar to Korean japchae noodles) with beef stomach (beef tripe but the bible tripe kind), fish balls, and mushrooms. The dry pot was spicy but not overly spicy. I caught a hint of Chinese Five Spice in it. Will definitely come back to try more food!“
“This skewer hotpot restaurant is great! Skewers are priced well at 30 cents each. The bubble tea is also pretty solid. I've been craving this hotpot every week lately. I definitely prefer this style of hotpot to regular hotpot. Authentic and reminds me of the skewer hotpot spot I used to frequent when I was studying in China.“
“It was a cold friday night, and my girlfriend's family and I decided to go to our favorite hot pot restaurant in long island city, but for some reason, they closed for renovation, and that’s why we decided to go to Da Long Yi Hot Pot.We were lucky that we had the table right away.By far for anyone who looking for flavorful hotpot in long island city. I absolutely recommend you to try Da Long Yi hot pot. The quality of meat are excellent. The chestnut chicken soup is rich and creamy.“
“This is a Thai run restaurant that combines a shabu shabu (hot pot) with Thai flavors. It is easy to miss as it is located on the second floor above a standard Thai restaurant. It is all you can eat and was reasonably priced at $24.99 a person. Overall, this is an interesting fusion place to try, though it is not without flaws. In terms of a shabu shabu, their selection of meats and vegetables is actually more basic than a normal one. The meats you can choose from include such standard items like beef, pork, chicken, some organ meats, and fish, squid, clam, and shrimp. The vegetables are on the side and were also relatively minimal in selection. A typical shabu shabu would have at least double the amount of items offered, but this place is much smaller. However, they are unique in that they offer Thai flavored broths for boiling. You can choose from a tom saap soup (lemongrass, galangal, lime leaves) or jaew hon (basil, shallot). We tried both soup bases and they were both very flavorful. As other reviews have mentioned, they also have an extremely delicious (though very salty) garlic fried rice, which you can help yourself to next to the vegetables and which is also unlimited.“
“This is belated review as I visited the restaurant a few weeks ago. It’s an all you can eat hotpot place. I think the food is decent for the price per person. They also have some free appetizers at the sauce station and free appetizers. The service could use some improvement. One of the waitress keep forgetting our request for changing clean plates.“
“If you're looking for a skewer place this is the spot. Skewers are super cheap 60c each plus you can also order additional items from their menu. Get the spicy broth along with the pork bone. The spicy broth definitely has a kick if you are a fan of spicy food. Definitely goes well with the skewers plus an ice cool beer ! The restaurant is spacious with enough tables; there are a lot of different variety to choose from. They also give you a bag to put your jacket so it doesn't smell and an apron so your clothes don't get dirty. The service is top notch no complains there ! Will definitely be back! My go to hotpot spot for the cold winter weather !“
“I recently dined at Coco Hotpot, and I was thoroughly impressed with both the food and service. The menu offered a delightful array of hotpot options, and the ingredients were fresh and high-quality. The broth was flavorful and aromatic, making for a truly enjoyable dining experience.“
“For Korean folks, order extra spicy and add a note that make is super spicy with cilantro.I ordered here more than like 30+ times at this point ?. It is not traditional hotpot with boiling stuff but it is a go to place for quick and enjoyable hotpot throughout busy day.“
“Food and atmosphere are good, servers are very polite and provided 5 stars services. The food is fresh and there are many options I can choose from. Chicken & Fish Maw soup taste better than other places. The spicy soup base is very spicy.“
“Was there on a Sunday night, about a 20 min wait time. I remembered going there a few years ago, and it was good. Since now it's a AYCE hot pot we wanted to try again. There are three prices to choose from. We chose the VIP. It came with more meat selections and unlimited drinks (juice and soda). We got two different broth, bone and pickled. Both was very tasty. The meats were very good as well. The buffet section had plenty of choices veggies, balls, tofu and noodles. The restaurant was set up very nice. Would definitely come back.“

“I'm from Hong Kong and have lived and traveled all over China, and there's not a better Chinese restaurant than this. My son and I have been going there almost every Saturday lunch for 3 years, and we're sooooo sad they're gone“
“Shabu Shabu in Little neck New York. They have a good choice of affordable items. There is a flat rate for seating and you get your choice of broth and access to all the noodles, vegetables, fish and meat balls, tofu and bean curd and even dessert. For sliced meats, fish and even dumplings, you order by the plate. The service is pretty good, helpful, nice and knowledgeable. Tip in cash so they don't get hit by processing fees and can enjoy their well deserved tips. All in all, it was clean, fresh and everyone enjoyed themselves.“
“The environment is not very special, but luckily I like the taste very much? This is the most appetizing barbecue I have ever eaten. There are hot pot and barbecue restaurants everywhere in Flushing. This is the first restaurant I have come across that makes me love food so much. The landlady said that they have been open for more than 5 years. How did I just discover it?Parking: We parked on the street that day and there were many parking spaces.“
“Very good mala dry pot for a reasonable price. You pick the ingredients (so many options, vegan options too), choose spice level, and they serve it in a lovely wooden bowl with cilantro and rice included. Great flavors. This place deserves way more than 3 stars!Vegetarian options: Dry pot with vegan options is incredible - just pick 5 or so veggies (they'll tell you how many) and you get one rice in addition. Multiple kinds of tofu, mushrooms, and veggies, including delicious seaweed.“
“Haidilao Hotpot is an absolute gem when it comes to authentic Chinese cuisine, and my recent dining experience there was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I stepped into the restaurant, I was greeted with warm smiles and impeccable service. And let me tell you, the service provided by Hailin was truly outstanding.Hailin went above and beyond to ensure that my friends and I had a delightful evening. He was attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about his work. He patiently explained the various hotpot options available and guided us through the entire dining experience. He made excellent recommendations based on our preferences and even customized the spice level of our broth to suit our taste buds. What impressed me the most about Hailin was his attention to detail. He constantly checked on us, refilled our drinks without us having to ask, and promptly replaced any utensils or condiments that were running low. He effortlessly anticipated our needs and made us feel like VIP guests throughout the entire meal.Of course, the food itself was fantastic. The hotpot ingredients were fresh and of the highest quality. The broth was rich and flavorful, and the variety of dipping sauces provided an explosion of tastes. But it was Hailin's exceptional service that truly elevated the entire dining experience.I left Haidilao Hotpot with a full belly, a satisfied palate, and a profound appreciation for the incredible service provided by Hailin. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone craving an authentic and memorable hotpot experience. Trust me, you won't be disappointed.“
