“I had a great experience at Xiyuehui Hot Pot. The seafood was incredibly fresh, and there was a huge variety of ingredients to choose from, including premium meats, vegetables, and appetizers. Everything was replenished quickly, and the quality was consistently excellent.

The service was attentive and efficient, with staff regularly checking in, refilling the broth, and clearing plates. The restaurant was clean, spacious, and had a lively atmosphere, making it a great place for family dinners or gatherings with friends.

Considering the quality and selection, I thought it was well worth the price. If you enjoy seafood and all-you-can-eat hot pot, Xiyuehui is definitely worth a visit. I would happily come back again.“

“What a Lucky Mid-Autumn Festival Night for our family! What a meal! What a sunset! What a rainbow!

We came here for a family Mid-Autumn Festival dinner, and WOW — this was an absolutely unforgettable experience! The food was INSANELY delicious, especially the coconut chicken! I would said it’s THE BEST Coconut Chicken in NYC!

And then our luck went completely crazy! We joined the 10-second challenge and somehow WON — which meant our entire meal was FREE! 🤯🔥 As if that wasn’t enough, the owner generously gifted us a whole box of Mid-Autumn Festival mooncakes. 🥮❤️

And then, as the perfect finale, we were blessed with an incredible sunset AND a beautiful rainbow right after our dinner. 🌅🌈

What a meal! What a challenge! What a gift! What a sunset! What a rainbow! What an unbelievably lucky night!

We came for a family dinner and left with full stomachs, mooncakes, unforgettable memories, and a story we’ll be talking about for a long time. 10/10 experience — pure luck, pure happiness, and absolutely delicious food! ❤️“

“Great service. We got a private room so it was cozy and intimate with my friends. There was a huge selection of food. There’s a man outside who grills mussels and oysters outside, and it’s part of the hotpot experience. Definitely recommend.“

“The food was delicious and the portions were big. The meal comes with complimentary chicken feet. We had a dry pot with 2 meats and 4 veggies (and it came with peanuts and cilantro) and a small order of hot and sour fish (which looked like a medium portion!). Everything was very flavorful! You can choose your spice level for dry pot. White rice is complimentary and you can ask for more.

The prices were very reasonable. It came out to a little over $40, before tip :) my dad and I ate until we were stuffed and went home with leftovers enough for 2-3 meals!

Service was good. My server was also able to speak multiple dialects of Chinese and English.“

“It's not a bad place, i had the fatty lamb with sichuan soup base, it was what i expected it to be, not bad, but burning to write home about, i like this type of eating where there's no waiters, you just order get your food and do your thing, they gave allot of soup, my order was pretty satisfying, price wise it was also pretty average, in total this place is a nice spot to try out, of you dunno what to eat then this is a good place to go the menu is very customizable and small so it's not overwhelming, nice place to come for a fast dinner after work, very recommendable. But also again, very average, maybe that's actually a plus though.“

“Probably one of my favorite chain restaurants. Food is always enjoyable but ordering with the iPad is extremely frustrating when in large groups (4 people is tolerable, 5 annoying and 6 is frustrating) as we would have to order 2 rounds ahead at least to make sure we don't wait too long for our food to come in. This is thanks to the pin required to place each order and even if you order 2 of the same item, they will only bring you a single except when it comes to the steak which the do respect.

When going to any kpot restaurant, always make sure to wear slip resistant shoes as the floor is almost always covered in grease.

You'll definitely rack up a bill with drinks as they are a bit pricey so keep that in mind, though honestly that's with any restaurant that offers drinks.“

“Overall it’s very good! The service was excellent. The price belongs to my very affordable store on Eighth Avenue! The food is fresh and delicious. Anyway, it’s a good first experience~ There is also a KTV in the private room, suitable for various celebrations. You can also arrange birthday decorations, which is great“

“The food is good too even if you would want to go on a diet. The menu is not kid friendly I think some people should stop bring their kids to certain places i understand that some can't afford baby sitters but then they can't afford the food their going to bring their kids and stress themselves out and not able to enjoy their meals and leave their kids to making alot of noise while others are trying to eat.“
