The beauty department is amazing

Ease of returns, inventory availability, and professionalism of MOST employees. HOWEVER, I've noticed many of the younger employees tend to stand around and chat - or looking dumbfounded as to what they are supposed to be doing. . .

Nordstrom Espresso Bar is known for its friendly and creative servers, like Joey, who cater to customers' specific requests. The coffee shop is a popular spot for those seeking a Peet's-like experience, with baristas who consistently make amazing coffee. While most employees are professional and efficient, some younger staff members may appear distracted or unclear about their tasks. Despite occasional inconsistencies, the Espresso Bar remains a beloved spot for great coffee and smoothies, like the green smoothie, made with care and attention to detail.
