Ashley, the general manager is such a kind and caring person. Whenever I come here the food is always hot and fresh. Ashley makes the experience here outstanding and I’m so happy to see her every time I visit the Menlo Mall location. This is by far my favorite Popeyes because of her.
Unprofessional staff. Worst service ever seen. I went to order there as there was no line. They made me wait more than 10 minutes just for a drink order. The girl didn't give my full change back saying she don't have enough cash change. Now, I got to know why the popeyes was so vacant and rest fast food were packed in that food court.
