Thankful for Eve who listened to, informed me and resolved my grievance today over a small cup of coffee. Today was a reminder for me that every interaction is significant and you never know how it shapes someone’s day. As a wife and mom, I rarely prioritize my needs. So when I decided to grab an evening pick me up before cooking dinner and night time routines, it was significant to me that I could indulge in a cup of coffee that satisfied me. Initially I felt disregarded, it after calling customer service and expressing how it made me feel, Jamie and Eve took matters into their own hands and turned things around. I had to give them their flowers.“
“I always do a quick stop to visit Amanda at Macys Starbucks before entering the mall She does the best delicious drinks from matcha to espresso she’s does really amazing job at delivering a good cup of anything!! her amazing customer service is very professional and very knowledgeable about what her customers want 10/10 look for Amanda 👌🏽“
“I had a one of the holiday flavor lattes it was good but customer service was awful, the one female cashier was , rude , she had an attitude and she intentionally did not print my receipt especially since I asked for one she said sorry to late“
“This Starbucks was well kept, had a drive-thru, spacious sit down area, and wasn't overcrowded. It is however, located on an extremely busy road. It can be very difficult to get out of the parking during peak periods. The inside was modestly decorated. I really only go for their lemon loaf, so I can't speak on their coffee.“
