The employees were not paying attention to customers who were trying to place orders. I had to repeat my order multiple times, but it still wasn't understood because the staff were busy talking among themselves and making fun of customers instead of focusing on their work. I hope the management addresses this issue and emphasizes professionalism and better customer service. Thank you.
