“Great atmosphere and food“

“we always want to stop but it's so busy. now we see why. parents can talk and kids have endless ways to play in eyesight. workers are very kind and professional. this will be a new favorite for us for years to come.“

“I am all about promoting and patronizing local businesses, and those who know me are aware of that and can verify that I never post negative anything about local businesses, until now. I received a menu with prices in the mail today offering delivery....I went on line to order and was taken to door dash which adds about $3.00 per item vs the menu I received plus charge a delivery fee. I then tried just going on Mannino's website which is powered by Slice and they also add an average of $2.50 per item vs the menu (I didn't get far enough into order to see if there is a delivery fee). Confused I called Mannino's and what a treat that was, I asked if they offered delivery from the store, well no one is here so use the on line ordering, I mentioned about being taken to Door Dash and Slice along with the price increases and delivery fees with a response of NOT their problem. I was also told to pick up my own food or don't order from them and was hung up on. This coming from the business that had a menu placed in my mailbox to solicitate more business. I can't testify to the quality of their food but can tell you they definitely lack in customer service and phone manners. Needless to say this is one local business I won't be patronizing.“

“Went here last night with 16 people and everything was amazing from service to main course, the main reason why I am writing this review is because my seafood Fra Diavolo was absolutely amazing I will go back and order this again and again and again what a great place I highly recommend this place“

“What an incredible family run gelato shop! My wife, daughter, and I had such a wonderful experience here it felt like more than just a visit, it was a memory in the making. The Amaretto Gelato was absolutely amazing, easily the best we’ve ever had. The staff was so warm and welcoming, taking the time to share all the exciting events they have planned. We’re especially thrilled to come back for the kids Lego night! It sounds like so much fun! This place is a true gem, and I’ll be recommending it to all our family and friends. “Our book club group had a lovely evening thanks to Laura and staff at Italian Affair! Starting with their amazing happy hour in the beautiful bar and ending with incredible homemade desserts. They graciously accommodated moving our group of 20 inside due to heat the advisory. The private room was charming and every dish was raved over. When we moved to the patio later to chat under the moon, Michael from the bar kindly brought out a pitcher of water and glasses of ice for all. I can’t underestimate how warmly we were treated. Thank you for a perfect evening.“

“We recently moved to the williamstown area and had a hard time finding a pizza place until we came across Tuscan Pizza. They are fantastic and amazing customer service. We asked for paper plates the one time, the driver left without them but received a call from Tuscan apologized for this and said they sent another driver by to deliver the plates. They literally arrived minutes late almost the exact same time as the pizza. This is just a small sample of their service. Top notch and amazing pizza!“

They forgot to give us a part of our order and not only did they deliver it to us (about 20 minutes away) they then delivered gluten free cream puffs to us the following week!!!
