“We ordered and paid at the self-service screen, but due to a system issue, our order didn’t show up for the staff. The initial interaction was a bit frustrating, but the manager stepped in, confirmed our order, and resolved everything.
In the end, the gelato was delicious and beautifully presented. Despite the issue, I would definitely recommend giving this place a try!“

“Tried the USR location this morning as it's located around the corner from my office. Front staff was friendly, attentive, and helpful with assisting me to navigate options as a first time visitor. There was no line and I quickly received my to-go order. The ham, egg, and cheese croissant was delicious- fluffy and flaky, not at all greasy, and the perfect cheese pull. Can't wait to return to try desserts and coffee!“

“ABSOLUTLEY YES - my nephew ordered Door Dash for my birthday and the Souffle Cheese Cake is AMAZING and Emmy who works there and answered the phone was delightful when I explained I had received an order for my birthday and confirmed how to heat up my Croque Monsieur sandwich! I will definitely be visiting the Mid-City Huntsville AL location in person.“
