“For Rolls - Yes Had a Hoagie there yesterday Stratford / Somerdale location on White Horse Pike Probably the worst Hoagie I’ve had in years. The hoagie was heavy and fat - when I opened it - barely any meat Lots of heavy - wet lettuce. Also tasted like either the onions were bad or the lettuce/ tomato. Threw 3/4 of hoagie in trash $18.50 for a 12” hoagie and a Mountain Dew 13.80 for hoagie 2.50 for the soda Added .50 for Swiss cheese lol Added .50 for side of Hot Peppers Added .50 for using credit card Never again for Lunch But will come for the rolls Also had a breakfast sammich there a few weeks ago That was good And did want to add that the staff was friendly every time I’ve been there“

“I came a few days before Christmas, and brought two pizza pretzels, and they were old. They Manager took very good care of us, refunded the money and remade out pizza pretzel. I did not get the young ladies name, but ai had to come on here And say that I felt satisfied enough, even though the first time wasn't right, the customer service was worth returning and trying again. “I have been with Classic Cake since they had opened on Springdale Road in Cherry Hill which was over 20 years ago. The management was fabulous. When I walked in recently to their Evesham Road rebuilt location, I was met by Lorie Goldsmith who remembered me by giving me a friendly welcome. Lorie is certainly an improvement from Sharon in that Lorie truly cares about your needs ensuring you are satisfied with your purchase including other customers as i observed her interactions with other customers. And, no matter what task Lorie is doing, whenever a customer walks through the door, she stops to help and teaches her staff to do the same! Thank goodness Lorie was recognized to be the front of Classic Cake's management for she shines with brilliance!“

“We dined here for the first time today. We were surprised how big this restaurant was inside and were seated right away at 12pm. We ordered breakfast items which are served all day. The portions were huge and omelette was delicious! I like how you had option of home fried potatoes or hash brown potatoes and they give you a choice of pancakes, toast or a muffin as your side!! My daughter loved her French toast and it was fluffy and cooked perfectly and was not made with those yellow egg beaters like some diners. The service was fast and we were in and out in 45 minutes! We will definitely be back again!“

“Auntie Ann's usually earns a five-star rating from me, but I'm compelled to raise a serious concern about this particular location inside Walmart, where I've enjoyed their pretzels for years. Recently, over the last two months, I've noticed a soapy taste to the pretzels. This isn't a one-off; it's happened more than once, and my palate is quite sensitive—I can discern individual ingredients in my food. Could someone from this store or from Auntie Ann's corporate office please investigate? I wouldn't normally take the time to write about this, but it's become distressing as it's now affecting my enjoyment of what used to be a favorite treat.“

“To make a long story short...I ordered a quiche a few days ago to be picked up this morning at 10:00. When I arrived, it was not ready because the kitchen was running behind. Before I even had time to regroup my thoughts, BethAnn asked what time I needed it and they would deliver. She gave me the time frame of 11-11:45. At 11:05, my fresh-out-of-the-oven quiche was delivered by a very pleasant driver, and lunch went on as planned! Thank you for keeping this customer satisfied.“

“I drove 30 minutes because I had a craving and I just got paid so I was like treat yoself (and yo loved ones) to some delicious cinnamon goodness. I spent 30 minutes working myself up, visualizing myself with a little blue square box of cinnamon rolls, rehearsing my lines, practicing my friendly but hungry grin. I get to Cherry Hill and I just park anywhere because I love malls and it's a rainy Sunday and I don't have anything else to do. Anyway takes me walking almost 2/3s of the mall before I see my salvation. And when I do it's just a wooden wall with the Cinnabon logo on it. As I get closer I start to panic—I couldn't smell that cinnamon goodness. But I walk by the side and there's signs of life and I realize that the smell is mostly directed toward the front. Anyway, I walk by. Y'know playin it cool. A little hard-to-get to keep em guessing...also I saw a hot topic and wanted to drop in. So finally (after visiting a couple stores), I'm ready, I approach the counter I see my box the little blue square one and it's beautiful. And I say my line and god bless that little lady from behind the counter because she goes “just so you knowthe box of 15 is only $2 more.” So of course I scoop up that bargain. Then she tells me she's gonna re ice them. And my jaw nearly dropped to the floor. And she did a beautiful job. So I drive home after fast walking through the pouring rain in an outfit that showed I was in no way prepared for that weather. The whole ride home all I can do is picture the exact conditions in which I wanted to eat my rolls. So now I'm here, back home where I belong with 12 cinnamon buns AND the little cup of extra icing that the best Cinnabon lady ever included in the bag. Service 12/10 they can upsell me anytime. rolls 12/10 will heat up again.“
