I had such a great visit to Chick-fil-A recently, and I just had to share how amazing the experience was—especially thanks to an incredible team member named Spencer Barrett. From the moment I walked in, Spencer was welcoming, professional, and genuinely kind. He made sure my order was perfect and even went out of his way to check if I needed anything else.

It’s not every day you get service that feels this personal and thoughtful. Spencer’s attitude was so positive, and he clearly cares about making people’s day better. The food was delicious as always (shoutout to the waffle fries and chicken sandwich), but the customer service truly made this visit stand out.

“We come here often, almost every Friday after my daughter goes to karate and they have great products but I have had some issues. It seemed great for the first few visits. My daughter loves their mango strawberry smoothie. But lately, I found a peice of plastic in my smoothie the one time and my daughter got sick after drinking one of their smoothies last night, try at your own risk!“

“Gai Chicken is a mixed bag for me. Their wings are hands-down the best in town - crispy, flavorful, and addictive! However, I've been disappointed multiple times by their consistent lack of roasted chicken. It's a staple menu item, but somehow always 'unavailable'.

“It’s OK the food is pretty decent. The customer service they can kind of work on some things but it’s just like any other fast food place. They do the best that they can try and get the food out. There is always leading there to sit down. It feels like to say or you can take out or you can do DoorDash grab Uber eats I believe so it’s not a bad place. I definitely would recommend it.“

She greeted us as soon as we walked in the door, and she has constantly walked around the dining area offering to clean, refresh beverages, and just checking in on other customers. “I think the hype inflated my expectations because I thought Raising Cane's was good, but not the life changing experience people talk about. The chicken fingers were spectacular, but I was underwhelmed by the sauce and fries. Great sweet tea as well. I'll come back to try the fingers with BBQ sauce.“
