“We had a great time at The Grove. It’s a really nice, classy venue in a quiet little town that’s surprisingly close to major highways. They keep the place clean and it just feels put-together without trying too hard.

The food was good — nothing crazy fancy, but solid. I had the sea bass and it was way better than expected. Nice presentation on the plate and it actually tasted great. My wife went with the filet mignon, which was fine, but the sea bass was clearly the standout.

Overall it was a really nice experience. If you’re looking for a wedding venue that feels classy and well-run without a bunch of pretentious extras, this one’s worth checking out.“

“This has to be one of the Best bagel stores in NJ. Eric and Christie are amazing owners and everything is made fresh, including the variety of Cream cheeses they offer. Have to try the sundried tomato cream cheese, it is a favorite. The staff are friendly and pleasant and very efficient in what they do. I call ahead my order being they are always busy. Don't be surprised if when you arrive there is a line out the door, they are that good. 👍“

“We recently hosted our baby shower at The Loft in Montclair, NJ and it was truly an incredible experience. From start to finish everything went smoothly thanks to the amazing team especially Te’Niijah and A’tasia. The space itself was beautiful modern and spacious with a great layout that worked perfectly for our event. “We hired Chef Ken for our son's college graduation party and it was wonderful! I've received so many comments from my guests about how fantastic the food was, and how much they enjoyed the menu. Ken stayed on site for the duration of the party, and ensured that everyone and everything was taken care of throughout. He ensured that my guests with food allergies were taken care of, both during the planning of the menu and at the time of the event. His employee Ron was also a delight to work with, and provided friendly, warm and excellent bartending for us. Beyond the work that the day of the party required, I need to mention that I hosted this party at a county park. There ended up being a ton of paperwork that had to be completed in the days before the party so that the park would issue me the permits, and Ken walked me through it all. He continued to stay on top of all communications from the park, and ensured that all the licensing and vendor requirements were met, including dealing with the Fire Marshall's stringent safety requirements for park use. I am highly recommending Amarillo Grilling to everyone who is looking for a catering company. Fantastic experience!“

“This small shop makes the best (bacon) egg + cheese sandwiches around that area.The owners know what I want after I've not been there for months at a time, and have been like that since my first visit. They are always friendly and quick with my order.They have Coffee Roasters coffee, a favorite of mine, but they rarely make decaf, if that's what you're after.It is a tiny shop with limited seating, you'll probably be more comfortable in your car or back home, but there's always news on the tv to keep you amused, should you sit and eat.Park in the Rite-Aid lot or on the side street. They're 2 blocks from the train, and there's plenty of small places to shop or investigate nearby.“

“I found them online. When I called I spoke with Andrew the owner. He immediately put my mind at ease was willing to work with everything that I had wanted to, even took the time to stay on the phone with me while we were both online checking out pictures of different platters and different options to have. I threw myself a surprise 50th birthday party, and I wanted to have something different besides the normal Italian buffet. What I want to show you is absolutely spectacular, and as beautiful as it looks it doesn't compare to the taste. They were so professional brought in these beautiful heavy metal platters with serving spoons, tongues, and they also brought chopsticks soy sauce and a spicy male sriracha. I ordered a Kani salad and a Seaweed salad to go along with the different platter that I wanted. It was truly an amazing experience. Don't sleep on the opportunity to hire them to cater your next event. Mine was about a hundred people, and again I had other food but this was definitely the star of the show.“

“Great place. Well made sandwich. The owner Ron is the genuine article. This man truly cares about the quality, preparation of his food and service for his customers. I asked for no oil unless it was real olive oil on the sandwich (lots of places save a buck by serving cheap soy oil, seed oil beliefs aside.. I prefer olive oil) and he produced a lovely can of high quality extra virgin olive oil. He asked if I wanted the sandwich slightly toasted which was a great touch.
