Overall, my family and I had a pleasant dinner and our waiter, Lauro, and staff Felipe were very friendly! Food was delicious and the restaurant is beautifully decorated. “First time there for myself. My wife had been there recently for lunch. OMG, amazing. We started with their homemade, warm Pita with Babaganush (sp?). Awesome. I had their Arugala salad, which I like wherever I go. This was amazing as well. Then we had our entrees. None of us could finish our meals, they were so plentiful and delicious. We each took home doggy bags. We told them we couldn’t possibly eat desserts so we ordered some to go. They then brought out hot Turkish teas for us AND a plate of a custard for us to share. Delicious!!! WOW! This place jumped right up near the top of our list for favorite restaurants. We will definitely be back.“

“Boy, are we glad we added this special stop to our road trip from the Boston, MA area because they sell gluten-free bagels... and they're delicious...plain or with everything (poppy, sesame, garlic etc.) They even have packaged gluten-free snack items! I bought a gluten-free brownie that was heavenly!! Karim couldn't have been nicer. When we come back to the area we will definitely stop here again! ;-) Thanks Karim!!“

“For dinner we when to RUMI and it was amazing! Appetizers absolutely delicious all our dinners were delicious fresh hot completely satisfied . And then we had complementary Turkish tea and we all had desserts which were absolutely delicious someone with a sweet tooth would love. “Well worth the visit! We decided to go for Mediterranean last night and a great option was Harmony in Franklin Lakes. Really lovely, spacious, pretty restaurant. The owner is always there to greet everyone and to make sure everything is to your liking. This time we tried the zucchini pancakes and they we delicious! Light, tender and flavorful, with a great sauce! We shared as we can get full easily. For the main course I have the Dorado and I have to say, impeccably prepared. Full of amazing flavors and really moist even though I decided to have it filleted. Next time I will have it whole as I enjoy my fish that way, but truly outstanding either way. My partner has lamb gyro and it did not disappoint. Lots of great flavor and a great deal to enjoy. We finished with Turkish coffee and tea and a flan-like dessert with cinnamon on top. Soooo good! Wait staff were great and the chef came out to see how we enjoyed the meal. Just a lot of attention to your comfort and enjoyment. Highly recommend for quality AND pricing. FYI, it's BYOB.“

“This place just got a huge update! Its been remodeled about 3 months ago.

We havent been there in a minute! Had a great surprise:) Food still delish, their fries are still one of the best I've tasted 😋. Some items that we love are still in the menu but that also has been updated/changed. Still a bit pricey, but its worth for the amount and quality of food you get. It's a treat for us when we crave Mediterranean 😌✨.“

“The most amazing and delicious Turkish Breakfast I ever had. Not only in New Jersey area. I’ve tried lots of places in the Tri-State area and it’s definitely 5 Stars. Everything is homemade. There’s a lot of food when you order Turkish Breakfast. The cheese on the platter is very rich. Definitely try the Turkish eggy toast. It’s absolutely so yummy. It’s only on Sundays 10:00am-2:00pm. The atmosphere is fantastic. Especially for any kind of showers or parties. I’ve found out they have 2 more locations in Cliffside Park,NJ & Livingston,NJ as well. The owner is super nice and he welcomes and is so polite to customers. The prices are very reasonable. They have a huge parking lot. Handicapped customers are welcome to restrooms and parking lot.“

From the wait staff to the kitchen staff to management, everyone was incredibly friendly, unbelievably accommodating when it came to food allergies (they came out to talk about everything in specific detail to make sure it was safe before it was cooked and served), and the food was absolutely delicious!! I would absolutely recommend trying Marakesh out if you haven't been. They will be more than happy to go over the menu and explain anything you might not recognize or need changed because of restrictions. You can also call ahead so it can be prepped ahead of time for you. I will definitely be back again!!“

As you can see the pictures, the food is not only presentable but also delicious.
