“This was some of the best bbq outside of texas I've had! We got the brisket and the pulled pork with mac and cheese, corn bread, and mashed potatos. The brisket was incredibly moisty and melt in your mouth. The pulled pork was also really good. The mashed potatos were soo creamy and delicious! The mac and cheese was also pretty good though just above standard. Also loved the corn bread! The only super minor note i would say is it would be great if they had a homemade lemonade instead of just bottles“

“Ordered catering for family party. Food was SO good! Delivery on time. Quick setup. They even provided serving utensils. I had to make a few last-minute changes and they were super to work with. The ribs were tender & not fatty at all. And the mac ‘n cheese & cornbread were big hits! Definitely recommend. I’m already ordering again for next weekend.“

“Catered my son's birthday party from the Hickory Hog yesterday. We live 45 minutes away but we just had to have their food for his party. It traveled really well and everyone raved about the food. The ribs and the teriyaki chicken with grilled pineapple were big hits... BUT the pulled pork and the corn fritters were the crowd faves!!! The owner is awesome and the customer service is top notch. We will always come back here!! 😍“

“First time here on 8.12.22. Loved it! Wet baby ribs were amazing...as well as dry rubbed chicken and pulled pork. Homemade slaw about the best I have ever tasted. Cornbread was just right. Friendly service. Thank you!“

“Just had their food at a local food truck fest.
SO GOOD.
We had the brisket sandwich and order of 3 ribs.
We should have gotten a half rack as the ribs fell off the bone.
The brisket was so melting your mouth.
You add your own bbq sauce to your liking!

“Excellent local restaurant in Howell. Anytime I am craving wings, this is my go to spot. The portions are solid and the food has always been great. Besides the wings, my family also enjoys the gyros and shrimp wrap. Give this place a try, you will not be disappointed.“

“We had Castaways cater my daughter’s engagement party. The food was delicious and there was plenty of it. Chicken franchise, broccoli and cavatelli, roasted potatoes, mozzarella and tomato and shrimp cocktail that was amazing!!!! I’m definitely going to use them again!“

And the food and variety is real down-home good! Suggest a combo meal to taste test. Called in/picked up the order, which was ready when I arrived. They seem to have their act together!“

“first time I went a few yrs ago. the hostess I had at the time i will say to make a long story short wasnt professional at all and how I was treated from the person wasnt right. management that day was great. but after that incident i wasn't sure I ever go back. but I decided after a couple yrs to give it another try an im glad i did. the service has been great since. i highly recommend going. i do have a quick question. do you have the pink Texas roadhouse shirts for the month of Oct?“

“I don’t generally go to chain restaurants, but the place I wanted to go locally was not open, so I stopped in here. Well, everything was pretty fairly priced. I found the steak to be somewhat dry internally. They of course, cheat this by covering it with a flavored oil to make it look juicy, but when you cut in, it’s definitely not.“

“The other day my friends and I had the pleasure of eating at the Langhorn Steakhouse on Rt 70 in Lakewood. The meals were more than reasonably priced, and they were delicious. The staff was attentive, extremely friendly and courteous. Ty, the host, met us so amiably and showed us to our table. The server, Sharon B., was so attentive we never had to ask her for anything. Anything we needed she was right there to give it to us. We couldn't have asked for more.“

“Very good food, I ordered lots of Chinese food and not happy UNTIL House of Fortune! The lady who takes orders is very nice, and I love the service, and the food! This is my number 1 for now. Order from House of Fortune you will be happy. 5 Big Stars! Love the sweet and sour chicken!“

“I don’t know why these longhorns are so darn cold.
Anyway, this experience was much better than the Howell location. Service was great and my cowboy steak-although thin, wasn’t as thin as the steak um I had at Howell. I will go to this location again. The lobster tail was perfectly quick and had a nice sweetness. Courtney C was great! Ask for her when you visit.“
