“Went here for the first time today and they were locking the door but we're kind enough to let us in. We tried jersey shore flavor and it tasted homemade. The ice cream was soft and creamy, not at all icy. The Carmel tasted home made and not out of a jar. They are open even though it looks closed when you drive buy. Clean and neat. The two young ladies working there tonight were both very pleasant and friendly, seemed generally interested in providing great service and did a delicious job making our sundaes. We've had less then good service at other local Carvel locations. Very glad we tried going there again.“

“Closing time is 9:30 according to website. Arrived at 9:07 for ice cream and was refused service. Customers outside the establishment said the staff was very rude to them. Literal children working the window. Made it clear they were not interested in helping us. If hours say closing is at 9:30 you should be obligated to serve your customers until that time.

Received a very nice email from owner. I was pretty hot when I wrote the review—was so looking forward to ice cream that night! Will go back and try for ice cream again another time“

“1st time here and the reviews are all correct! Great tasting ice cream! I got the pistachio & salted caramel w/chocolate covered pretzels and sooooooo good! Creamy and flavorful! Our son got the birthday cake and loved it so much he got a straw to drink the remaining melted ice cream! Priced fairly as well. Staff fast and friendly!!! Glad boba is nearby! Taro milk tea is always my go too.

“No sugar added yogurts are amazing... Dairy free options also. Usually one of each but once in a while they will have 2 but many regular options to choose from. They are usually cleaning and changing out the toppings pans when the line isn't out the door. Very friendly and always greet you coming in. I highly recommend.
