“I had my sons 6th birthday party here. When I say they are amazing it is an understatement. From the time I put a deposit down to the day of the party they went above and beyond. They did everything from decorations, helping me set up my decorations, to interacting with all of the kids, and making sure I had everything I needed as well. We had the playroom privately reserved and they never left the room unless it was to go get something for the party. Also, my brother had his sons birthday party there as well and is what prompted me to plan my sons party there. Every child there was exhausted from running around and playing. All the parents who attended were so thrilled with everything as well. Many said they will be planning their kids future parties there. My son is Autistic and many of his classmates came who are also on the scope. They took that into account as well and made sure every child felt special.The manager I worked with is named Carolina and Angie. I highly recommend anyone looking to have a kids party reach out to her. Not to mention it was very very cost friendly. I had 13 kids and around 16 adults. Every child got a happy meal and I got a bundle of other items for the adults. In total with tip it came out to under $400.“

“Great customer service. The labels got mixed up on the sandwich’s and I got to the car with another persons sub. Joe was awesome about it and remade the sub and made sure it was perfect. I don’t typically leave reviews, but Joe (and the rest of the staff) going above and beyond is commendable.“

“Everything is amazing about this place. The baristas are extraordinarily nice. It is so cute inside and it’s not any more expensive than anywhere else. However I watched an old woman comment on the baristas nail polish. She was saying that men shouldn’t wear nail polish in her opinion ?? I just felt bad for the barista who was VERY nicely trying to do his job.“

“All in all, this Dunkin’ is really the best one I’ve been too, the workers and staff are really friendly and can make you laugh even if you’re not having a good day, the workers & staff here will make your day ten times better. There is one particular worker his name is Nour Ahmed, he’s a really nice guy, He interacts with costumers and gives high quality customer service. Along, with another worker named Tanvir he is very funny and honestly the best worker at this Dunkin’. Highly recommend!❤️❤️❤️“

“This Dunkin is by far the best. I've been to other Dunkin and my coffee and food isn't the same. I go here on a regular basis and the employees are very nice,talkative,respectful and very quick.I suggest people should go to this dunkin. Also some people need to somewhat understand that there might be new people and they are slowly learning. So please be patient. Cause they want to make your beverage/food to perfection. Melissa and Bridget are by far the best employees and they should get a raise. Like wow the service is great.“

“Hot chocolate was good ham and Swiss croissant was delicious. The jelly doughnut was a little stale not very fresh. The girl was working alone and forgot about my sandwich. I had to wait a little longer. They need to have two people there to work. I was a little bit disappointed about the jelly doughnut to be honest I expected it to be more.“

“First of all, let’s be clear on one thing; I don’t like their food or coffee. BUT for the first time was enjoying myself at Dunkin Donut simply because the people there made me feel at home. “I went to Pops Bagel Shop this morning to grab breakfast. I had such a nice conversation with the owner. It was one of those genuine conversations that make you feel good about everything! “Recently, I had an encounter here that wasn’t the best and called and spoke to the manager and asked to speak to the owner, Henry.I called and met him at the bagel shop and explained what happened to me and the service that I experienced.He immediately apologized, thoroughly listened to what I said, and gave me my entire order at no chargeIt was not about the free food, but the fact that this owner took the time to listen to what I said and not write me off or ignore me, but instead took the time to make it right - speaks volumes.God bless him, his family, and this business.Btw, the food is AH-MAZINGGGGGG!“

“The service early in the morning is fast. The people who own it or work there are very friendly and nice. They always are fully stocked with fresh donuts and muffins. Every flavored iced coffee I've ever ordered was delicious and made to taste.

“My son and I visited this store twice after school. The store was clean and their Doughnuts, Cakes, and Ice Creams were well displayed. The added highlights were the employees interactions with my son. They were hospitable, engaging and funny.
