Vegetarian options: The asparagus was prepared perfectly; fresh, savory, and crispy. The arroz con gandules (yellow rice with beans) was delicious. Wanted to take some to go but it had sold out. Which is a good sign. Plantains were tender soft and tasty.

“Amazing food here. When I came here I noticed a full counter of take out orders, and when you taste the food it’s obvious why. The chicken is very fresh and it tastes fantastic. The service was second to none, I got my food quickly and it was great. However, the staff made a slight mistake and used the wrong sauce to coat my chicken. I asked for just the sauce, so I could coat the chicken myself, but instead they gave me a brand new order on the house as an apology. Truly the best Korean Fried Chicken I’ve ever had. 11/10 Definitely being a frequent customer.“

“I have been going to KFCs since they started and they have been around for at least 20 years +. And I love the menus. The chicken is outstanding and I love the biskits and the chocolate chip cookies. Prices are reasonable to. I’m disabled now so I’m going to have to get someone to go and use the drive in to pick up my food. I live right down the street at the Senior Tower West building at Plainfield Avenue and W. 7th Street. We are right here at the corner. It’s so easy to get there. I have also tried the chicken buffalo slice and pepperoni slice, and my family has tried the mixed pieces of chicken friend and mash potatoes. So far, everything is good and tasty. We haven't had any bad experiences so far. The owner is a great guy, and he remembers his regulars. The prices are mixed, but i think it's worth the price for good food. I also heard their big box is returing next week which is awesome. Its dirt cheap compared to what you are getting. 2 piece with 2 side and a drink for less than 10- that’s a steal if you ask me.

The chicken sandwich will always be chic-fil-a, but this place has the chicken pieces locked down. We got the 16 piece meal with half spicy, mashed potatoes, cole slaw, and red beans and rice. The slaw was basic. The red beans and rice were absolutely amazing. I'd go there again just for those. The gravy for the taters is deliciously different than other places that all seem to have the same gravy. The service was respectable. It took less time than the cashier said. Everything was exactly as we ordered. The place was clean and comfortable to wait in. The only bad thing I can say is they were out of a lot of the soda choices.“
