Halal Restaurants near Fords, NJ

“One of the best halal spots in NJ“

“• “The BBQ here is absolutely on point—juicy, smoky, and full of flavor!” • “Best chicken tikka and seekh kebabs I’ve had in a long time.” • “Grill items are perfectly marinated and cooked just right. 10/10!” • “You can really taste the traditional Pakistani BBQ spices.”“

“Omg it's been so long i haven't been here, but their pizza is the best and the all the foods that he has it's delicious especially the salads. I will recommend anybody to come here and sit down and eat a delicious pizza🍕🤗😉☺️“

“First off, I was met with by a staff member in a cowboy hat (LOVE!) The booth was so soft and comfy and the table stands are ornate. I had the short rib and the meat was fall off the bone delicious! It was so tender and the sides were so plentiful and delicious. Each side had something a little different to pair well with the meat; sweet, salty, savory! I also had the shik Karak which was a delicious tea and for dessert, I had a banana crepe drizzled in chocolate. They do have a flair with food and I will definitely be back here!“

“Amazing food & service ! I surely recommend to try it and you will definetly keep on going again & again ! Once of the best in Sayreville Area !“

“I love Chick N Zinger! The food is consistently flavorful with just the right amount of spice. I usually order the Hot Zinger Burger, but the Classic Zinger Burger is just as good. And the fries? Easily some of the best around. Their platters are also a hit and the gyros but ask for the sauce on the side, it gets messy.

The staff is always friendly, welcoming, and provides great service.

A couple of things to know before you go: it’s located just off the highway, so it’s easy to drive past if you’re not paying attention. Parking is limited to about five spaces, and I noticed the menu on the delivery apps doesn’t completely match the options available on the in-store menu board, so it’s worth checking if you’re looking for something specific.

Overall, it’s one of our family’s favorite spots, and we’d definitely recommend it if you’re craving a great spicy chicken sandwich.“

“wow..Great pleasure to spend time here..I strongly recommend this place..Food was very delicious..atmosphere was phenomenal...Home like taste with generous serving...“

“Ismail has served very good food and he was very friendly and very polite and very nice and humble and the food he served was also amazing must visit great food and if you go and find Ismail ask about Ismail suggestion if he is service the food for best food“

“Stopped by and tried the fish gyro and the chopped cheese. The chopped cheese was okay—I’ve definitely had better elsewhere. The fish gyro was good and fresh, but not quite the best I’ve had either.

The service was fast, friendly, and welcoming, which I really appreciated. The restaurant was also very clean, and everything looked well organized.

Overall, it was a good experience. I’d come back to try some of the other items on the menu.“

“Hempstead location is the best halal on Long Island!“

“This spot was amazing for family sized trays. We got the half tray chicken and lamb combo + half tray of rice. This was the most meat ive gotten at a halal place and the half tray was more than enough for 9 people as we had leftovers. I highly recommend these trays for huge gahrerings, they accommodated within 30 minutes.“

“This place checks off all the important parts of a food business. Consistent, clean, friendly, quality, value, and taste. It is difficult to have it all…this place does. No need to go to NYc for a platter- it’s amazing here!“

“Lovely auntie makes the best samosa chaat I’ve ever had! Literally so mouthwatering“

“Our go to burger place, love their crispy chicken burger, look forward to their new milkshake flavors!“

“Food is amazing. Always fresh and delicious“

“I have been coming here since they opened and they have never disappointed. I love their new chicken tenders they are so juicy and crispy. Love them. My family’s favorite spot to eat out at. I recommend the crispy chicken platter 😋“

“Had a great experience at Shah’s Halal Food! I ordered the falafel gyro and it was warm, fresh, and absolutely delicious. You could tell everything was made to order, which made it even better. The service was excellent from start to finish—Nupur was especially kind, attentive, and made the experience feel welcoming. Great food and even better customer service. I’ll definitely be back!“

“I went to Dave's for the first time yesterday 7/5. We ordered through the kiosk. The service was fast, friendly and efficient. Even though it was very busy. I got the x men box. The food was good. I got the mild chicken slider. Mild was the right amount of heat for me. Hot but not to hot. One thing I'll note, each meal does not come with a drink. This is very puzzling. Other than that, we will definitely be back.“

“My breakfast was great this morning.“

“Delicious food and service! They do a lot of catering for large events , all the catering is made fresh and very good size portions“

“Great staff, meal options, and service! We order often and always enjoy the food and generous portions. Everyone is nice and friendly. It’s also located in a convenient area - easy to go in, order and get exactly what you want! It’s halal and has vegetarian options also so it appeals to all customers. Highly recommend 👍“

“I was very impressed by how clean and fast-paced the environment is, and I appreciated not having to wait long to receive my order. Additionally, the food was absolutely delicious and very affordable, which is especially appreciated during these times.

Thank you for providing such great food and excellent service.“

“Awesome place, food was so good, would definitely go again and recommend“

“I came here specifically for the HalwaPuri this morning, and it absolutely did not disappoint! There is nothing like a traditional breakfast to start the day right. The Puri was perfectly fluffy, light, and not too oily—just the way it should be.
The star of the show for me was the balance between the sweet and savory.

The Halwa had the perfect level of sweetness and a great texture, while the ChanaMasala (chickpea curry) and the potato bhaji had that authentic, spicy kick that makes #DesiFood so addictive. Mixing the sweet halwa with the spicy gravy on a piece of hot puri is a total #Foodie dream!“

“This is one of the best chicken PLACES I ever been to and I've been in many, great chicken, very clean, employee's are awesome, and they handle your FOOD in a very sanitized way, one other thing they do it right in front of you, and there pizza is also good all around it's a great place to get your FOOD, I guarantee it, 110%,plus tax“

“The food was delicious, I did not know what I wanted so I ask the girl what she suggested. It was a amazing the chicken was so good . I like healthy food . I will definitely be going back can’t wait to try The gyros“

“Raavi Naan Kabab was a very enjoyable experience overall. The food was flavorful, satisfying, and clearly made with care. The naan was fresh and delicious, and the kababs were well seasoned and cooked nicely. The menu offers comforting, rich flavors that make the meal feel authentic and enjoyable.

The atmosphere was casual and welcoming, and the service was friendly throughout the visit. While there may be small areas that could be improved, the overall experience was very positive. It is a solid place for a good meal, especially if you are looking for flavorful food and a relaxed dining experience. I would gladly come back.“

“Awesome food..thank you..“

“Peri Peri Chicken is one of my favorite spots! Their Lemon & Herb and Mild chicken are both absolutely delicious perfectly seasoned, juicy, and full of flavor without being overwhelming. The food is always fresh, and the service is just as wonderful. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and makes every visit enjoyable. If you’re looking for flavorful grilled chicken with great customer service, I definitely recommend giving them a try! 🌶🍗❤“

“It is good to have fried chicken in the house.“

“Love it hot and spicy nice“

“Chicken platter with all of the fixings for a fixed price is great. Halal guys and other places start to nickel and dime you for things other than lettuce, onion and tomato. We were able to get cucumbers, chick peas, hummus, etc which all added to the experience. White sauce had a nice flavor, hot sauce has a decent kick without being overbearing. All in all, I like the platter more than halal guys. What I didn't really care for was the cleanliness of the seating area. All of the tables look like they are spray painted, secondhand pieces and none of them were clean. Food smears and grime on everything. Would go back, but would probably get it to go next time.“

“Excellent food and excellent service. We had the mutton in a large Kadai and it was superb.“

“Drinks so fresh“

“It is good to have fried chicken in the house.“

“Good and best quality Indian Food“

“Best waffles I’ve ever had. Not sure what they put in the batter but I’ve never had a waffle that tastes as good as the ones here.

All the other breakfast sandwiches are also really good, and the prices are very reasonable. I’ve only had their breakfast so I can’t comment on their other food.

I’d mostly recommend takeout here, yes there is a seating area but it’s kind of small.

Dietary restrictions: Halal“

“I have been thinking of stopping in for a while, I came in today for their Arabic chicken Shawarma. It was delicious. Crunchy outside, very flavorful inside. I will come again. Not very attractive photos but it gives you an idea. They have a shawarma sandwich on a roll but I very much prefer like this!“

“10/10 would definitely recommend. 🍔🍔“
