“CJ's is the best breakfast around. The coffee is great, staff is friendly, and the food is outrageously good. One of the best omelettes I have ever had. The pancakes are fluffy & perfect. They serve fresh cups of butter and the cutest container of warm maple syrup. Not sure why anyone would go any where else. Everyone raves about grace and grits, in my opinion CJs is 100 times better. It's well worth the wait.“

“Loveeeee this diner. Came from Tom's River passing like 10 diners along the way but the reviews were so tempting I had to try. Totally worth it. The place is jumpin like diners all once were. The entire staff from start to finish were all fast paced and pleasant. We had mozzarella sticks, French onion soup, turkey dinner, chicken Marsala, and a breakfast sandwich. The only part of my experience was we were leaving for vacation the next morning so I couldn't take home my leftovers and the portions were so great I could have made another 2 meals out of them. But now that I'm home we can't wait to go back.“

The atmosphere is comfy and somewhat nostalgic, just like the cafeteria I visited with my parents as a kid!Though, I noticed one blue-haired girl in there (her name's Lacey according to the badge). She seemed happy and calm, but she was clearly anxious about something. Hope she's doing alright!“

“Old school diner. Food was good. Pork roll and cheese on a real hard roll. 2 egg cheese omelette cooked perfectly. No brown! Well done home fries and bacon(could have been more well done) but tasty. Coffee hot and strong. Service. Very attentive. Diner. Like I said old school Jersey diner. Impressed by clean counter stools! I'm old school also! Cons: Tabasco bottle from years ago. Get some when it's on sale up the highway at ShopRite! Better yet get Frank's when it's BOGO!“

“The breakfast is awesome there I raped that place at 5 because every time I come in there the waitress the owners and all the workers are greathey're always helpful pleasant Goodness for a better experience than Town & Country bakery I would never go anywhere else for breakfast that is at awesome place I could never cheat I tried other places couldn't get the same breakfast Town & Country diner is the best couldn't ask her a better breakfast lunch breakfast or dinner“

“Great diner! Was nearby for a business meeting & a family member & I stopped to eat. Great menu - there is something for everyone. I especially liked that the waitress gave us a printout of the specials with the prices & the soups of the day. Our food came out promptly during a busy lunchtime. The service was great. The order was correct. Prices were extremely reasonable. I wish I knew the servers name bc she was really good & pleasant! Bathrooms were clean & looked updated. “Been going for years just went to breakfast with my parents who have been divorced for years but still best friends for my Mother's birthday and 3yrs ago we held my daughters baby shower and my grandsons first birthday ? what a wonderful place and great staff☺️Wheelchair accessibility: They actually do need more handicapped spots for the elderly handicapped but that's all besides that they are perfect“

“Nice cozy space. Friendly staff Stopped in for breakfast, got my signature breakfast (2 eggs scrambled soft with American cheese and cornbeef hash). Food came out hot and tasty. Also, pancakes here are done really well. My partner had an omelet (very good).. I recommend this diner to anyone in the area.“

“Twas a dark and mildly overcast night with a few sprinkles hanging in the air when the urge came up on me... I want to go to the diner and not be so alone. Being alone is a horrible thing. So stop in did I and what to my eyes did behold a smattering of people and weary wait staff who still have genuine smiles and care for people. I got my food cooked to order and just the right amount of checking not too much not too little. With a laugh as I went to pay the bill the manager asked if I'd like to go cup or did I like the glass that much. Great people and diner food you expect in NJ. I'll be returning.“
