“We have eaten at Fuji several times and ordered takeout many times. We love there! They have the best food and service in this area! We love the cool Japanese seating tables! Sushi were fresh and very enjoyable. Service was awesome!Hibachi was a lot of fun. The staff really make our night special. And it’s BYOB! The experience was 5 stars all the way! Definitely will come back!“

“Both my wife and I had General Tso’s Chicken which was fantastic!Wonton soup was great.Service was great and you have to bring your own alcohol.Highly recommend!We returned last night and again everything was fantastic!They had a special , Garlic Parmigiana Chicken Dumplings! “We moved to Seaside Park from NY about 18 months ago and after eating at a few places I had effectively given up on eating sushi down here at all. Just being turned off by the local offering, for a while I passed over even trying Hoshino until last night.Let me just start by saying this is the best sushi in the area, and it's not even close!It's very authentic, with focus on quality of ingredients. People who complain about the portion size/price have no idea what authentic sushi is, and should stay in their lane. If you want big floppy pieces of lower grade sashimi, Xina is right over the bridge.While waiting for our meal, we overheard a gentleman at the table next to us say this is very good sushi, that it reminds him of NYC. He isn't wrong. I have extensive experience eating at sushi restaurants in the city and Japan, and this is as close as it gets.While I had sushi my girlfriend had the beef negimaki, and it was also very good. Bonus points for putting Toro on the menu and actually having it. Too many sushi restaurants say they have Toro but then never do.If we had one complaint, it would be the wait time. It seems they only had one server and so things moved a bit slowly. However, Bill, our server, was very nice and polite despite having to run around and serve several tables at once.Moving forward there is no doubt we will be eating here frequently.“

“Celebrating Grandma's Birthday at Ginza Hibachi was a delicious fun night! Qiyung out Hibachi chef was the best ever. Good was made exactly the way we requested. The surprises Qiyung did cooking out meal were wonderful. The best Hibachi meal was prepared for all of us. Qiyung made Grandma feel so special! Highly recommend!“

“We came in Wednesday night for my mom's birthday. From start to finish was a great dinner. Chef Mike and our waitress Abby made everything wonderful. They were so polite, always friendly and so attentive. They made my mom feel so special. The food was absolutely delicious and of course Chef Mike did an amazing job while cooking. “My favorite Chinese place in town. The chicken and broccoli is out of hand good. White meat. Get extra sauce. Prices are fair. I literally just got a whole combo meal with rice soup and an egg roll for $16 You pay that at McDonald’s nowadays if you get a big enough meal ? Don’t think I can say iv have had a terrible meal here ever. Service. ?? fast. Fresh.“
