Very clean on the inside when I came to pick my food up very friendly staff, and they knew which order was which based on the phone number all in all the great experience.“

“The food is top notch. From the soup to the sushi. Even the ice cream is delicious. What really bothers me though is the service. There is a 90 minute time limit which I get but when you are rushed to get out by an hour that’s not right. Also when you’re hounding tables waiting to literally take a plate because you have nothing else to do that’s a problem. Finally when you’re coming up to tables and asking them for platters back because you don’t have enough supposedly that’s not good either. Last night I was hounded constantly. Twice I had people tell me to move my sushi to my paper plate because they needed the platter. May I suggest buying more platters. Love the food and yes I know I’ll be back but the service was ridiculous in your face. Don’t come here for date night because they don’t leave you alone“

“One of our favorite sushi spots in NJ!! They use environmentally sustainable packaging and almost always give us something “on the house” usually either some crab Rangoon, or a few extra pieces of different kinds of sushi to try.
They recently took their sweet and sour chicken off the menu which was a bummer since it was sooo good and crispy, but it got my picky eater to branch out and try sushi and he ended up loving it! Hands down the most bang for your buck sushi spot in the area. I would order takeout from here every night if I could! Can’t rave about Epoch enough!“

“Really good sushi and a cute vibe on the inside. They have some pretty creative sushi options too like ones with Thai chilies and pesto?? I wasn't sure how I felt about the pesto on sushi when I tried it but I appreciate the creativity nonetheless. Would love to see one for people who really like spicy food. Also appreciate they have clear soup, one of my favs.

The young gentleman that works the register is super friendly and very sweet- Always saying have a great night. I went back tonight- and ordered the “Saddle River Roll” and it was amazing!! Everything was super fresh, and tasted delicious- I think this is going to be one of my new favorite rolls! Also reasonably priced and nice portions. I highly recommend it !!“

“I made a private party at Rella Cafe and it was beyond my expectations. Jack was in tune to my needs, the set up was beautiful and the food was plentiful and scrumptious. Service was timely, not rushed at all, and the waitresses were pleasant.
