“I had a recent experience at Panera that really stood out because of the exceptional service I received. I had ordered a Frontega sandwich and, unfortunately, arrived late to pick it up. When I checked the display, I didn’t see my name, so I asked the manager—an incredibly kind Indian lady—for help. She checked the system and discovered that my order had been ready for some time but was missing from the pickup area, likely due to it being taken by mistake.
Despite the mix-up, she handled the situation with such grace and professionalism. She sincerely apologized for the inconvenience and even offered me a drink while I waited for a fresh order. As a nice touch, she added a cookie to my bag, which I only noticed later at work.
Her kindness and dedication to customer satisfaction made a big impression on me. Thank you so much for turning a frustrating situation into a positive experience. Your customer service is truly commendable!“

“Oh my goodness I can never say enough great things about this very special place! The menu is always changing & updated with new dishes! The food is fresh right from the farm. The market place is cute & always has plenty of yummy desserts! Try their frozen take home pizza. I bought the Marguerite one and it was delicious.“

“Best coffee and fabulous food options, and paraphernalia too. Lovely setting to have a moment alone or with friends. Lots of spaces, indoor and out to enjoy. There is even a she-shed and brook. Just lovely.“
“I'm happy to see that this place has a new owner. They just reopened so the deli still looks like the old one however it is very clean sanitized and has a completely different energy. I look forward to seeing them renovate the whole place and bring in new products.“

“Greene beans is my favorite spot for all my loose leaf tea purchases. Staff is always so friendly and ready to help when I have questions. I'm there about once to twice a month to get all my teas. Their coffee drinks are also delicious. I never get the same thing twice. I'm always exploring their menu and their seasonal menu. It's also done right.“

“This place is so charming and the food is incredible!!! We sat outside and enjoyed pancakes with berries and the special sweet potato bowl with spinach, mushrooms and pulled pork. They also have espresso drinks and my cappuccino was served with a sprinkle of cinnamon, a lovely touch. This is a wonderful spot for breakfast or lunch“
“We just had Cupcake Cafe do a custom dinosaur cake and dinosaur cupcakes for my daughter's fourth birthday party. I actually had another baker lined who went MIA on me at the last minute and the owner of Cupcake Cafe was able to swoop in and save the day. The cake and cupcakes were equally delicious and everyone kept commenting on them at the party. We will 100 percent be using Cupcake Cafe for all of our baked goods needs moving forward! The owner was also a pleasure to deal with. Five stars!“

“Just used cafe Pierrot to cater a sprinkle I was hosting. Everything was amazing! Placing the order was extremely easy- I sent an email and someone called me right away and quickly responded to any email questions I had. Everyone enjoyed the food and LOVED the cupcakes. Was able to pay in advance online so all I had to do was send someone for pick up the day of the party and everything was ready right away I think food is one of the hardest parts of planning a party. Never know what to get or how much. Being able to simply give them a number of guests and all I had to do was decide which type of salad I wanted, made this part of the party so simple and stress free! Love the one stop shopping aspect where I could get my food, sides, and even cupcakes all from one place. The spread they provide is the perfect mix and they provide the perfect amount, for an awesome price! Definitely recommend using them!!!“

“I love this quaintly decor and wonderful food choices. I have been there several times for breakfast with my sweetheart and friends over the years. They are kid friendly, and they also have outdoor dining when the weather permits. I love the other shops along the street after our meals.
Kid-friendliness: They have high chairs available for the children. Their menu has delicious choices for all.“

“Justina was an absolute joy to work with. Extremely helpful & informative. The best customer service I have ever received. She sent over information on cupcake and cake options, cake cutting diagrams, proposals etc. within minutes of speaking to her! Food was DELICIOUS and our guests were so impressed! “My wife loves this place so I gave it a shot. Ran into a classic customer service flaw at the get go and from there my experience was tainted. I ask for a large Americana which apparently is only small. I didn’t know that because my standard place gives me my Americano however I like and I usually get large 2 shots, they even let me modify the shots of espresso at my normal place. I asked for large and the staff had a very minor back and forth as to can it be done. One said sure why not and the other then said from the other side of the room NO, we don’t do that, one said why not, the other said “because we don’t do it that way”. That could have been handled better with the staffer saying “ sorry but here is the reason we can’t make a large in the Americano, may I offer you a similar which does come in large” instead of NO. I had the very small and dissatisfying Americano with a very good bacon egg and cheese sandwich. I kept it at 4 stars because my wife loves the place but for me, I will be going back to my go to.“
