“The people who work here always have been friendly and kind. Always say hello when you walk in. I ordered online and when I got home they forgot to put chicken on my Chiwawa. I got a survey I complained and in an hour I got a response of an apology and a nice coupon for my next time I go. Things do happen and people make mistakes but customer service was great on making it right for me. I really enjoy their food . But Bubbakoos is worth a try.“
“Our October wedding at the Farm at Glenwood Mountain was everything we hoped it would be. The backdrop of the Appalachian Mountains was stunning. The farm to table experience that Chef Steve curated was impeccable. The floral arrangements designed by Candice were exquisite and precisely what we imagined for our wedding. The staff at the Farm was such a delight to work with, especially Erika. Their team handles every detail with passion, vision, and genuine care. From the moment we stepped onto the Farm, we knew this was a very special place. All of our guests were enchanted by the allure of the Farm, the kindness of the staff, and were particularly charmed by their livestock! We will definitely be back to visit our farm family!“

“I have had two bridal showers at Portofino in Oak Ridge, and not only did everyone love the food, but Nancy and the entire staff is outstanding. They go above and beyond to help you in any capacity that they can. I highly recommend Portofino either for lunch, dinner or any kind of event you have whether it is big or small. You can't go wrong with Portofino, I can't say enough great things about the staff and restaurant!“

“me & my boyfriend came in tonight, 9/16/25. we met my boyfriends dad for his birthday & the bartender was amazing! he definitely went above & beyond for us. they did the airplane shot for his birthday & gave him the beautiful hate to wear. the bartender joked with us while we were there & kept checking in on us throughout our dinner. I wish I got his name! he was absolutely amazing! Every time we come we have an amazing time but he definitely made it better! thank you for an amazing night!“

“We went to the Daily Bean when we went to Lego Land. Staff were incredibly friendly, the chocolate chai was AMAZING! Coffee was excellent and my son said he had one of the best chocolate croissants he has ever had. Awesome place, will go again if we are in the area.“

I enjoyed the big range of vegan goodies and scooped up quite a few treats to enjoy! Also, their coffee was so good and they had a wide selection of nondairy milks and creamers. Great spot to stock up on a picnic before going hiking!“

“We celebrated a milestone birthday in the dining area next to the terrace with delicious food and great service. The bar had a large selection of beer, wine had a dozen options, plus mixed drinks. The staff let me taste a couple beers before I chose one to go with my calamari appetizer which was very large and well prepared. I do think the standout appetizer was the tuna which had an amazing citrus flavor. For my main I had the sea bass while most of the others had streaks. I thought it was delicious and the rice delicious. Maybe a tad too much butter for me, but no complaints. I skipped desert but the chocolate cake and apple tarts looked amazing. Service was top notch, my water glass was consistently filled and the staff present but not too much so. A great late afternoon dining experience.“

“Came for dinner with another couple. The tapas eggplant was delicious, light and flavorful. Just lovely. We had two burgers and two steaks. All delicious and perfectly cooked. Service was excellent and the restaurant is beautiful, however, there is a huge bar in the middle of the restaurant. Which normally would not be an issue but this evening four young women were “working” the older men sitting at the bar. It became clear as the evening progressed that this was going on. None of us could believe what was happening right next to our table!! As the targeted men left the bar the young women quickly moved on to their next victims. It was all very obvious and pretty repulsive. Such a shame to have this type of thing happening in a lovely restaurant. I would hope management will be alerted by the bartenders that their establishment has become prey for this type of behavior. Quite unsettling.“

“The food was absolutely authentic and delicious. I couldn’t be more happy about finding this gem of a restaurant. The food is comparable to nyc quality! Only wish we lived closer, totally worth the drive and can’t wait to go back. The service was also excellent! They were also very accommodating to dietary needs and substitutions. Highly recommend this place to anyone who loves authentic thai.“
