Haven’t been to this Applebee’s since like 2009 when I used to come here constantly. Figured I’d check it out again and see how much changed.
Crazy thing is the bartender from back then still works there! We talked for a bit about the old days which was cool. Place looks pretty much the same.
Food was solid. Got mozzarella sticks, spinach artichoke dip and boneless wings. Everything tasted good, nothing fancy but hit the spot. Wings were crispy and the dip was cheesy. Can’t complain about the portions either.
If you want to save money go after 10pm, apps are half off. I always do this and you can eat cheap. Service was fine, didn’t wait long for anything.
Good to know some places don’t change much. Will probably come back when I’m in the area.“

“Wow! After looking at many places on Columbus that just didn’t thrill us, we were SO happy to find the incredibly delicious Mexican cuisine at Nina’s last night I had the Cochinita Pibil (with an orange habanero salsa on the side that will let you know who’s boss…) and my old friend had Enchiladas Mole with chicken. Excellent and authentic food with warm, friendly staff, and a great bar selection with many tequilas. Nina’s is great! Reasonable too! Glad to give credit where it’s due to this 7mo old establishment that I hope stays for many years! Will return for more!“

“I visited Jake's Dilemma for my Nephews Graduation/Going away event. The bar was lively when I arrived, The back section was reserved for our group. The catered finger foods that were served were good and the drinks (Open Bar) were even better..😜🥃
I would highly recommend this place for an after work or weekend meeting spot.“

“Went here while in town for the George Straight concert. The food was great, and the staff were awesome, especially Nichole our waitress. The owner himself was very friendly and helpful explaining how the shuttle works, which I highly recommend! Definitely recommend this place and will definitely be going back for our next concert down there.“

“What an awesome place. came in for the flyers/rangers game. wanted a spot with tvs, and great food and drink. Awesome music, and it's one of the more refined sports bars in the area with only a 2 min walk to Madison Square Garden. The staff was amazing and so welcoming. Will definitely be returning soon. The Assistant General manager was a babe!“

“I have very fond memories here, it was like a little home from home for me while I was bi Atlantic for 6 years, working on the same block as the Pig There are lots of “Irish pubs” in the vicinity, although this is the only one that felt like a real pub in the UK rather than a novelty in New York Hopefully I will be back again one day! “I want to work for Applebee's again I was with the company 3 years serving and was losing my apartment one day I mentioned to manager Guillermo of Hackensack NJ Applebee's that I had to leave because the police was at my house doing eviction and he wouldn't let me go. I turned in the restaurant money and left because what do you do when ur in the middle of an eviction and your boss wasn't being understanding or reasonable?...... I went to attend my personal situation with my apartment at the time and he then red flagged me from working for Doherty ent. Again .....is there a way I can get a fair hearing and get back to working with the company I started ever serving at my first time ever?“
