“Delicious food. Great service by Sydney! It started with amazing honey bread at the table. Flatbreads yum, especially the one with fig topping. Muscles, tuna tartare, noodle flush, brussel sprouts, calamari salad, and more! All yum! Would absolutely go there again. We had 8-10 people and the service was excellent.“

I'm not a huge guac fan but the tuna tartare with that layer of guac on top was fantastic. The steak frites were excellent. My husband had the dry aged burger, it was juicy and tasty. “New Providence Bar and Kitchen was the perfect place for my wife and I to celebrate our anniversary. We came for lunch and immediately the staff made us feel very welcome. The menu, from the drinks to the entrees, put a fun spin on familiar dishes—just enough to be unique without deviating too much from traditional favorites. The calamari appetizer with chili peppers and capers was the best I’ve ever had— flavors were amazing. The Parmesan-crusted salmon was also tasty and my wife loved her meal too. A wonderful experience!“

“We have eaten at the new Carriage House a few times since it recently opened, and have been impressed overall. The food has been consistently good, and the Carriage House is quite lovely. We have tried chicken, fish, and pasta entrees and have enjoyed them all. The overall service is good, but as with most restaurants, they have some very seasoned staff who are excellent, along with some relatively new staff who will benefit from more experience. It is an excellent choice before or after a performance at the Paper Mill. We hope they continue service when the Paper Mill is not offering performances.“
