They have a 100% satisfaction rate from me, as they have not made a single mistake (with my orders) since I started using them almost one year ago. They are super organized - working like a well oiled machine! “The lady is so kind! She allows you to pay with change and not just quarters. She takes all change, which 99% of stores around here don't. She also allows shorts if it's reasonable. The doughnuts are amazing, especially the Powder Cream.. The only thing I wish they had more filling and they would be perfect. I haven't tried any of the platters, but they look good.“

“This is by far the very best Dunkin in the area. My drink is consistently made correctly and the price is consistent. Every single employee I have encountered here is very friendly and gracious. The place is spotless.

I used to drink very sugary coffee, 30-48 grams of sugar in 1 coffee! I have found a delicious, lower sugar coffee that I really enjoy here. There is no weird aftertaste with their unsweetened shots (I can vouch for vanilla and coconut). There are no artificial sweeteners in them.

Never a bad order, customer service is outstanding, location is very clean. I see other negative reviews and i am shocked. The AM staff has everything on point. I have even stopped a few times in the afternoon and again perfect on everything! I go out of my way just to stop here because it makes all the difference!“

“Nice little spot right by my Mom's house. Easy to get to from either side of the road. I went through the drive through and didn't have to wait very long. Only problem I had was how expensive an extra large coffee with double cream and sugar is now... $3.55 come on that's ridiculous. I've been buying the same cup of coffee for years and I can remember when it was under $2. That's way to much for a cup of coffee.

When i came back to request my order (i offered to pay for a new coffee) the girl inside immediately recognized that she gave me the wrong order and right away not only apologized but remade my drink perfectly with no additional charge. “Whether my Mom and I go to the Drive-Thru together or individually, we ALWAYS have a positive experience at this Dunkin location (at corner of Briggs Rd. and Rt. 38 in Mount Laurel, across from Ruby Tuesday and Dearborn Circle shopping center)! Most of the staff are very friendly, and they are always very accommodating and efficient.
