“The food here is very good, the wraps and salads especially, the prices are on point and when you ask for extra of something they definitely deliver. I recommend the cobb salad or the Buffalo chicken wrap. They offer the option to have the salad tossed which is nice cause sometimes mixing the dressing in yourself is a pain. And delivery was super quick, we do live 2 mins away though, but you can tell they brought it the second it was finished cause everything was so hot.“

“I’m not normally one to leave reviews, but this experience was especially frustrating. I placed a Grubhub order for a small white pizza from Santucci’s — a specific request that means a lot to my family. My son has special needs and a restrictive eating disorder, and this white pizza from Santucci’s is one of the only foods he’ll actually eat. I timed the delivery to make sure it would arrive by dinner, and when I opened the box and saw a regular red sauce pizza instead, I was heartbroken. Mistakes happen — I get that. What made this worse was how it was handled when I called the restaurant. A young woman who answered the phone was kind and apologetic, and I appreciated that. But after holding for over six minutes, I was passed to someone who immediately accused me of placing the order wrong. I had already double-checked my Grubhub receipt before calling — the order was placed correctly. I even had a screenshot as proof. When I was passed to the manager, I expected a little more compassion and accountability. Instead, I was met with indifference and more blame. I offered to send a screenshot to show the order was right on my end, but the manager refused to look at it and stood by their claim that I was the one at fault. Ironically, the first woman I spoke with had mentioned it looked like a system issue on their end — which made the gaslighting from management all the more frustrating. To be clear, this wasn’t just a minor inconvenience. When your child has very limited safe foods, and you make an intentional effort to get the one thing they will eat — only to have it messed up and then be blamed for it — that’s a big deal. The mistake was frustrating. The lack of accountability and empathy? Even worse. I’m incredibly disappointed with how this was handled and hope Santucci’s reflects on how to better support customers, especially when mistakes are made“

“This is a great place to grab a steak sandwich. I got a pepperoni cheese steak sandwich with fries. And it was delicious.
It's a nice place to pick up a meal. It's authentic Philadelphia cuisine.

“This is absolutely one of the two best falafel places in Philadelphia.
One thing you need to know - either come when it’s busy and the falafel always gets out of the oil or ask for fresh, out-of-the-oil falafel.
The difference between a hot super fresh falafel and falafel that sat till cooled down is huge.
One more thing I wish they’d do is to keep their pita bread in a humidifier - to keep them moist, fresh and elastic.

“Ordered for the first time this past Friday to try their new menu. My 14 y/o had the lil’ Rita and said it was “so good it’ll make a grown man cry.” My 9 y/o had the mini plain pizza. She’s not usually a fan of pizza but ate 2 slices, so I guess that means she liked it. My husband and I did olive and pepperoni. I love that they use kalamatta olives instead of black olives! The cheesy bread with the garlic butter was also delicious! We’ll definitely add them into our pizza rotation.“

“We just got two large pizzas for our first visit (both were Detroit style - the Motown and the Greektown). For only two people eating, we have almost a whole large pizza of leftovers and let me tell you, I cannot wait to eat them tomorrow. The Motown is the best pepperoni pizza that we have ever had and we are major pizza fans in this family, so that says something! “I have ridden by this so many times and never knew about it until some friends told me about it and then all of a sudden here comes JL Jupiter's video. While I didn't get pizza (I wasn't in the mood), my other half and I got a cheesesteak (wit wiz) and a cheeseburger platter. The cheesesteak was good but it just felt like it was missing a little something. 7.5/10. The burger (reviewed by the other half) was a 7/10. It was fresh and all the toppings (lettuce, pickle, tomato) were fresh and tasty but the roll was too big for the burger. He doesn't like not being able to see the meat on the bun 🤷‍♀️ (again, his portion of the review, not mine). He said the roll was fresh but maybe not the best fit for the burger being sold.

The fries...omg!!! They were so fresh, so hot and PERFECTLY seasoned. The fries were some of the best I have had...and I LOVE fries 🤣

“We stopped at Sally after a long drive north to Philadelphia. I had heard about this place many times but never visited. It is delicious pizza and I’m glad we decided to stop!

We got there around 11:30 and the place was completely empty. There were good vibes inside though. I loved the wall of wine bottles and the vintage stereo system behind the brunch bar. Music was great too.

We spilt two pizzas and they were both delicious. One was pepperoni, the other had sausage and some greens. I don’t think you can go wrong with their menu. The non-pizza items looked good but we did not try them.

The service was lackluster considering we were the only people in the place. They mixed up one pizza and offered to remake, but that meant we were eating at completely different times

“My wife and I went to Sorellina for dinner. We both can't understand how it is possible that the place was half empty on a Saturday night. The pizza is truly excellent, from the dough to the toppings. Possibly one of the best Neapolitan style pizza we have tried in Philadelphia. The wine and dessert were also quite good.
