“Today was the first time I’ve ever had a bad experience at this CFA, I ordered a Kids Meal, Small Soup, bag of Ice and another drink. It took 1/2 hour for me to get my food. And, it’s not even busy(shocking, I know)! While, I’m sure the employee is new, he gave me an attitude because I called to tell them I had been waiting. “I wanted to take this time out to properly give props to this specific canes. The staff here are very warm and caring but the manager Phil is a true gem. I came in a few weeks ago because I had spilled my drink and I went in to get another drink because I couldn't have fingers without the lemonade.

Phil comp me the drink which was a very professional gesture but we had small talk and made me feel great. Two weeks later, I had came in to get some fingers and Phil came up to me and complimented me and pick up where our conversation was last left. He is truly a professional and attentive remember my order. Places needs more people like Phil.
