“I am celiac. They were quick to assure me that they take many precautions when preparing a burger on a gluten free bun. They said they had only one dedicated person working the separate gluten free station in the kitchen and pulled the worker aside in front of me to tell them it was an allergy order.

Fries are in a shared fryer so I couldn’t have them but it was so nice to have a good burger option! The bun was really soft but also didn’t crumble at all. Would recommend!“

“The Livingston CARS restaurant was small, but it was clean and quiet. The staff was very friendly and chatted with us a little bit before we left. “They offer Thumanns hot dogs (either all beef, or beef/pork mix). they are ripped like Rutts in the deep fryer. Mine had a perfect snap.
They also have banana peeppers which you dont see at many hot dog joints. I will return when im in the area, but onward with the tour.
1 dog with spicy brown and banana peppers was about $5.“
