“I stopped here on a whim driving home and I’m so glad I did. Super friendly workers who asked how I was while they were making my order and one even brought my bag of food to me as I was waiting by the front door.

We ordered the Chipotle Chicken and Chino’s Special subs to go (hero sizes). Both were incredible! The CC had a really nice kick to it and complimented the crispy chicken cutlet very well. Chino’s Special was my favorite - a messy sub with a generous helping of turkey meat with a runny egg.

My family of 3 wished we had more space in our stomachs to finish everything. The hero sized subs are large, and absolutely worth the price especially with similar restaurants charging the same, if not more, for a mediocre sub. We will be back for more!“

“We pulled off the highway for a coffee and stumbled upon this gem. The pastry menu is filled with unique items and great flavor combinations. I had the ube pan de sal and the Kashmir cardamom latte with oat milk. I absolutely love both! The location seemed surprising at first, it’s located in a larger office complex, but inside it feels comfortable with warm lighting and plenty of seating. They also sell records and prepared wraps and desserts. Check it out if you’re in the area! I will be sure to stop by next time I’m passing through.“

I highly recommend stopping by for one of their signature lattes and their phenomenal croissants. I tried the tiramisu latte, the Biscoff latte (pictured), and the chai—every single one was a 10/10. “Great coffee, We stopped at Roast’d coffee shop before heading to NYC, great experience; the pour over coffee was fantastic. Johan was quite friendly explaining different coffee beans as he roasted them and brews the coffee. I tried the espresso as well brewed from 3 different beans, very tasty. Now this is our favorite place to have coffee when traveling to NYC. We talked with local customers, so good vibes and recommendations. Awesome place if you love good coffee.“

I ordered their seasonal special banana bread latte (iced and with oat milk) and it was really good !! I overheard them say they make most of their syrups and use only organic ingredients. It’s obvious that they care about their products. It was nice to just sit and read for a bit. Music was also good!“

Great for business meetings, snacks, spot to work, best coffee around, best pastries around, beautiful/relaxing atmosphere, excellent service, and I could go on and on. Just being inside settles me and reduces my stress level. Anyone I bring states that it's one of their new favorite places. “Adorable little cafe tucked into the side of a gym so it’s a little difficult to find. Their menu is fun and the staff is SO friendly and sweet, however the coffee was a little off for me. I got a blueberry latte when I visited and the espresso didn’t taste exactly right or strong enough and you couldn’t really taste the blueberry at all. Maybe adjusting the recipe might help? Their chocolate croissants are probably the best I’ve ever had though and are from a local baker I was told! All in all it’s a cozy little spot to go to!“

“My mother and I went to Dean’s Coffee shop yesterday while visiting the area. This was one of the cutest coffee shops I have ever been too. The owner is so kind, so focused on the customer, and the customer experience. Every drink and food item is crafted with kindness and love. I highly recommend visiting this little gem. “If there were more stars, I'd give them. We are from out of state (formerly from Waldwick) and needed to send a brunch catering to a dear family. Bagel Supreme was professional, sweet, considerate and kind. I called on a Sunday afternoon at 1 PM (about an hour before the store closed) and the owner had his wife call "within the hour." She did and spent time with me on the phone getting the right order to fit my request for the family. Then sent multiple texts to confirm everything throughout the evening. Talk about going ABOVE AND BEYOND! They delivered PROMPTLY as promised the next day and they sent us pictures of the platters to ensure that we saw what was delivered. Greeting cards to mark the occasion with our thoughts HAND WRITTEN were attached. The store would NOT take money until the order was delivered even though I offered to pay in advance. I will absolutely use them in the future for long distance gift giving (who doesn't like food as a gift)? And this will be our very first stop when we are back in town. 1,000% recommend!!!“

“My wife and I were shopping in Montclair and stopped for breakfast at the Bluestone Coffee Company. Bluestone is a coffee cafe and coffee roaster serving breakfast and lunch items. The atmosphere is cozy and warm and their coffee robust. We selected breakfast options of a veggie omelette with cheddar cheese and the zucchini parmesan frittata. Both came with a choice of toast and roasted potatoes. Both were fresh and savory and the potatoes roasted perfectly. Staff was friendly and prices were moderate and fair. Bluestone is a very good choice for breakfast and lunch.“
