“Ramro was excellent! We had the duck and pork momos, beef longanisa, skate, duck, gnocchi and saag paneer. When it came to dessert, my son asked “can we get another skate?” Flavors were balanced and full and the skate, beef longanisa and momos were the favorites for us. It is very cozy and homey and the service felt like family. Oh, and my watermelon cocktail was excellent too. We are so excited about Ramro being so close and in the neighborhood; this will be our new family favorite.“

“Really tasty meal - we had the Ginataan (pan fried tilapia in coconut cream sauce) and Kare kare (peanut sauce) pork belly. Both were delicious.
Service was quick and attentive, staff were kind and caring.
I can’t believe there’s not more of a wait at this restaurant. Go before it becomes too popular to get a table without a reservation.“

“Super good food! It's definitely worth a stop in New York 🤩🥰 if you are craving for Filipino dishes. Chicken Inasal, BBQ pork, sisig chicken, sisig pork, pansit, pork lechon, and a very delicious kare-kare! Leave room for dessert w/ ube cake and halo-halo. Yes! 🥰 all that!“

“Everything we tried was delicious! The owners (Mark & Jane?) were so friendly & nice. Lots of good items on the menu. Prices and portion sizes were good. Unfortunately, they ran out of Liempo bites when we went, but we’ll definitely be back and sure to try it next time.“

“R&L coffee shop and deli is my go-to place for authentic Filipino food, it was very affordable and plus at this time, it was only 2 hardworking men in 1 kitchen and they served me and my my dad's friends (7 of us) in less than half an hour. Really good and would recommend if you want some authentic filipino silog meals for an affordable price. I would also recommend takeout/carryout instead of eating in, as it is a very small yet great restaurant and only 2 tables.“

“At the old 8th ave location right before the move, had a great kamayan meal. Space was a bit cramped for the 8 of us. The dishes were shared in pairs without some of the larger format items. Grolled fish, shrimp, bbq pork and more on top a heaping bed of rice and bamana leaves. Need to try the menu at the larger new location.“

“I wanted to express my sincere gratitude for the wonderful dining experience we had at your establishment. The food was truly exceptional; the crispy pata was particularly outstanding, a highlight of our meal. Beyond the delicious food, the friendly and attentive service provided by your staff made our visit even more enjoyable. We felt genuinely welcomed and appreciated throughout our time there. We're already looking forward to returning and experiencing your menu again soon. Kuya Allen thank you for going above and beyond. You are appreciated“
“Small grocery with eatery in the 2nd floor rear. The silogs are usually already ready and laid out. The rice that comes with them is like a mixed veggie rice, not my cup of tea. Fried fish options are usually bountiful. My SO always gets their sisig. They carry bakery items like ube pandesal, Spanish bread, and ensaymada. The grocery options are good and strong variety for typical Filipino items but the entire store is on the pricier side. Seating in option is not very accessible as they are usually preparing orders there.“

“Chef Diana is a wizard! We had her over for an intimate private dinner and she amazed us with a beautifully thought out 8-course dinner. I am gluten free and she accommodated my allergy so well! She made everything gluten free and even did some special truffle puffs that were mouth watering! We will definitely be working with Chef Diana again!!!“
“This is my go to place for my week's food, no more worrying about what to cook. Most of the food taste really good & I find their pricing just fair, not too expensive. I love the warmth/ good customer service from all sraff. Highly recommended!“

“Every time I asked my co-workers to eat or order filipino food they're always wants me to order it with you guys. Food are great! Always delecious, only disappointed with the cashier/receptionist. Today we order our lunch with some halo2x and I asked for free soup (sinigang) which is posted on their Menu But she said(Wala na) means no more,to find out in the store that there's more. Please just be honest. I can pay for my own soup if you just tell me. Thanks!“

“Really Great Filipino food!“
“Probably the best Filipino bakery in NY/NJ area. The breads and pastries makes you miss home. Ube breads are the best! Location: It is located in Roosevelt along all the Filipino stores and restaurants. The taho are outside of the store. Service: she was nice. Filipino hospitality at its best! Food: The breads are delicious, fluffy and still good after few days. UBE PANDESAL: to me this was the best I had unlike online seller this has visible cheese and ube jam inside the bread. Heat it up in the microwave for 10 seconds and devour its goodness. TAHO: how i miss taho in the Philippines, this breakfast drink is all about my country. Those soft tofu top with boba and syrup is just what I want in my life. Lol. Price rating: 5/10, not that bad for Filipino food cravings. Definitely will eat more here and try more of their breads!! Definitely try ube pandesal and taho!!“

“My family and I tried some Jolibee fried chicken this weekend, and we all agreed it was delicious! The dark meat was succulent and tender, the breading was perfect, not hard or wasn't heavy, and the flavor with or without gravy was sooo tasty! We'll definitely go back for chicken and to try other items!“

“I never before had ever touched Filipino food before until my one friend bothered me to keep trying it. I ordered the pork sisig and garlic rice under his recommendation. Without a doubt I'm mad at myself for not listening to him sooner. This is absolutely amazing tasting. Just ordered for the second time since then. Can't wait to try more.“
